The staff are very welcoming and all speak very good English. The rooms are spotless and cleaned every day and have lovely big balconies. Complimentary soap, shampoo and shower gel were provided and refilled throughout our stay. Breakfast was a choice of English or Continental and was all freshly made. We stayed half board so had our evening meals at the 4* Hotel Marina next door. The meals here could not be faulted either. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk to the beach. You will find bars, s.
all reviews » Very clean and friendly staff and cheap. We wanted a one night stay and many Benidorm hotels do not do that. We would stay again but in a different room. We were going to the Benidorm Palace so it was handy location for us. Very good breakfast looking out to the pool not like in some hotels where the breakfast room is in the cellar with no windows. Perla is great for a cheaper hotel but still very clean, it's perfect if you are only intending to sleep and shower in ur room or lay by a pool, a nice free breakfast and cheap snacks and drinks throughout the day! I have stayed here before and would use again!. Stayed here several times now hotel and staff brill, great breakfast and location, only draw back is being kept awake everynight by very drunk and loud gangs of young lads happened each time we've stayed, ruins a great hotel. Great location, rooms very comfortable & cleaned every day. Cheap hotel bar & staff are very friendly. Fantastic hotel with nice pool. Great value for money. Friendly clean near everything. ideally situated for our needs. All answers I your question 2. the design ....defo the beds. In October the pool is in the shade until late afternoon. This didn't matter too much as we went to the beach and came back to the hotel later instead. Opposite a sex bar which was noisy throughout the night and stopped us sleeping although our friends in the next room were not disturbed. If we went again we would ask for a different room. Don't stay at this hotel if you have children, offended by bad language or want peace & quiet as it is generally used by hen & stag do's so you can imagine, very noisy but fun for the 3 days we were here. The gang of noisy irish lads kept us awake all night shouting and banging around till 4am every morning, without them it would have been peaceful!!. The noise from fellow guests and the bar across the road should be called mad dog not red dog !. The fact that they increased the bill by a further 200 euroes as two people wernt catered for.The Question I asked was.Why would I book two twin rooms for 2 people,it was obvious there would be 2 people in each room.Only complaint. Nothing. Triple room isn't that big but it was only to sleep in. Apart from that hotel can't be faulted. Never made breakfast so can't comment on that or what else hotel has to offer. Would use again without hesitation. nothing everything was great. I didn't like being on the front side it was very noisy had no sleep. The stag and hen parties ruined our holiday as the noise was 24 hour and although the the security man tried to keep them quiet but as soon as he left them they continued to party. Their behaviou at the pool meant we had to spend all our days at the beach incuring 12 euro a day charge for sunlounger. I will never be back at this hotel because of them. I think people should be made aware when booking that this hotel caters mainly for stag and hen parties. Nothing. We had a group of Hen night girls and Stag night boys and they were very loud early hours of morning, so we had little sleep. No Coffee making facilities in room. Carlos could smile more. The strong tasting fruit juices at breakfast. Noise from outside but it's centrally located so you expect some noise. Due to the height of the surrounding buildings the pool area was generally in total shade. not keen on the breakfast. Noisy people around. sunbeds could do with replacing. Nothing. We would have liked a fridge in our room. More expensive drinks than the group sister hotel Marina. basic room. Noisy stag party were resident. Nothing. Very noisy from bar opposite but we were aware of it prior to booking. The plates for breakfast are too small. nothing.
