the rooms were modern and recently refurbished. the apartments are in a quiet location, reasonably close to benidorm new town . overall it was good value for money.

the rooms were not cleaned , beds/towels changed in the four days that we were there. it was difficult to communicate with some of the staff because of their lack of english. no kettle in room and no cups !.
Compulsive bad smell coming up the sink. Spanish based as we were the only english couple staying, the staff did not speak the best of english.
