The location and overall friendliness of professional staff. The additional facilities of indoor pool and gym freee to use and supervised. In additon there were some nice unexpected surprises such as a free glass of campagne and complimentary galss of wine at dinner on the friday evening. Further it was my birthday during our stay and the management sent a complimentary bottle of champagne to our room.
