Liked the location of apartment,spacious rooms & balcony.The kitchen was well equipped,bathroom with very good shower! Plenty of wardrobe & cupboard space,got high floor apartment with great views.We will book again!. My Mum (81) Nephew (16) and I had a great stay at the Gemelos II apartments. The apartments are very spacious and are well equipped. This was my second visit to these apartments and hope to return again in October.

Excellent value for money. Nice clean spacious apartment..Close to beach and all square. within walking distance of many restaurants, bars and very reasonable priced apartments. Would stay there again without hesitation. very central, friendly staff. clean, also well equipped. And the price was very reasonable. great location for nightlife...everything you need is in the appartment..clean and modern. Very close to the beach and nightlife. Plenty of cafes and bar nearby. A Large and roomy apartment, well appointed, with decent sea views. They were very central and ideal for what we were looking for. the homely feel of the apartment that was fully equipped. wysiwyg - no frills cheap and relatively central. spacious, secure, clean and well located. We went late May into June the apartment maintenance crew were still painting and cleaning the pool area my Nephew was disappointed that he could not get into the pool the first few days of our holiday. Bit noisy very late at night from passers by.Hot water ran out after 1 bath.Bit inconvenient to have to walk to Hotel Castillo for keys. key collection from a hotel in the next street was bad late at night when you have all your luggage to cart around. Expected to pay on arrival but card was preauthorised approx five days prior to arrival. Nothing to complain about. due to upgrade of the building, 1st apartment offered to us was very dusty, but the second apartment was absolutely fine which the staff changed with no problems. no complaints. It was floor 19 and a bit cold at night. no air con. noisefrom drunks coming in late. Area somewhat seedy late at night. receptionist was very abrupt upon arrival. looked nothing like the pictures on your website. Double bed requested - NOT supplied. No-one at reception at apartment block. Booking agents, 250m up the street were not very customer friendly. Payment taken from credit card taken early. Deposit of 150.00 still required although we live in Spain. No air condition (open windows) with very noisy neighborhood is not a good mix. We could of done with fresh towels, but there was a washing machine if we could have been bothered ;). No water in the pool, wifi was avelible however this involved descending 9 floors, walking two blocks west and only in office hours and not on weekends... Un friendly staff no air con and no sun beds by the pool. Pool opening at 11am No sunbeds Not proper balcony Sheets / towels cleaned once in 10 days No air con No beds at pool Very noisy Poor lift Dirty Rubbish shower. Difficult to get into building No reception Staff will rip you off in regard to deposit, charging you huge fees for having towel left out Small beds No cleaning service.
