I liked that i had a huge balcony with a greatest view to Barcelona city.I liked the staff they were very helpful and friendly.i would return here deffinately other time. (One day the tea-coffee-hot water machine was out of order.) Is it possible to add tea-coffee facilities to the rooms? It is just a kettle and two cups anyway. It saves life :). Smell of smoke in some rooms. Couldn't adjust the temperature in the room. Soil pipe from the bathrooms made a lot of noise. Worst thing was that breakfast (which was included in the price) wasn't served until 08:00 and I had to leave at 07:30.some of the staff were not very friendly. reception staff were not helpful when checking out. The breakfast was bad. The lift ceased functioning on our last day and we had to walk up and downstairs several times. No hotel staff offered tio assist with our baggage. The room that we stayed in (304) was very noisy with a continuos noise of the water pipes. We phoned the hotel prior to our arrival requesting a room overlooking Las Rambas but had a room overlooking a back yard and residential area. The soap was extremely poor quality. Could hardly wash with it. The factthat there were no smoking signs up but people ignored them.the breakfast and the lack of a restaurant for evening meals. only one lift working. The breakfast! If you don't eat beacon, you should have the same chese every day. Two elevators, but one is not working, you wait quite long.We stayed at the 9th floor and the air conditioning in the room wasn't sufficient. Complained at the front desk but nothing changed. Very bad service (The sink was plugged during all my stay, Friday to Monday, and was not fixed because it was "weekend". No alternative room was available). The TV coverage was very bad. No english channels, not even news..... Breakfast was not very good. Not a business hotel - no internet, wired or wireless. Breakfast hours were too late (8-10) - we paid for breakfast for 2 days. One elevator was out of action for compete stay.
