As this was our first time staying at an apartment. We didn't know what to expect and what our experience would be like. I have to say that it was more than we expected. From the time we arrived until the end we enjoyed our stay. Helena was waiting for us when we arrived, greeted us, showed us the apartment, it's amenities and gave us a lot of useful information. She had maps of the surrounding area of the apartment, maps of the city and the metro map. She gave recommendations on restaurants, b.
all reviews » The apartment is in a nice location with good transport links and not far from some of the shopping centres. Very nice welcome on arrival. very comfortable to relax in pool is an advantage when the weather is good. There are shops close by for daily essentials and a supermarket in the shooping center a 10 minute walk away. Buying the T10 ticket for the transport is very good value and the train station is a very short walk away. We would use this again if availabe for a trip to Barcelona again . Helena is absolutely professional and very gentle and helpful. The flat was nice with a very confortable terrace. Everything was very clean and the kitchen equipment sufficient for a short stay (4 days out of which we have eaten at home 3 nights). The flat is in very quiet and in a high class residential area. The pool I small but nicely located and good for relaxation after a day walk. We had a great stay in Palauet Tres Torres! We received a warm welcome by Helena, and she provided us with a lot of useful tips, E.G. the fantastic nearby restaurant Mercedes. The appartment was very nice and spacious, and the Barcelona city centre was pefectly reachable by metro. We vividly recommend Palauet Tres Torres ! Kristel - Belgium. Beautiful 2 bedroom apartment in a good neighborhood of Barcelona. Very quiet, but restaurants and supermarket in walking distance. 5 minutes walk to subway. We called ahead from airport and somebody was there to give us the keys and handle payment. Apartment had washer and dryer. Apartment, space for the family, facilities (eg washing machine, dish washer etc), pool. Helena provided fabullous advice on how to get around Barcelona and where to visit - really helpful. Helena also arranged our taxis back to airport. Definitely would stay again. Everything was perfect.The apartment was modern, clean, spacious and well-decorated. The terrace was a good place for us to start every day during our stay with hearty breakfast. When we checked in, we were greeted by Helena who was nice and very helpful. 2 blocks to Metro, 2-3 blocks to supermarket and restaurants. Pretty building with pool. Great wi-fi. Neighborhood feel. Washer and dryer. Helena was very helpful and responsive when we couldn't find the cooking utensils, having a neighbor deliver some. Helena and Mirella were both very helpful, the apartment was in an excellent location very close to the metro station and close to a bakery shops and restaurants, we had a lovely stay in Barcelona thank you. It was a wonderful accomodation, good location and close to Metro station. A very minor point is that there are odd numbers of cups and different size glasses possibly as they have been breakages but that is a very very minor point. The master bedroom bed is not confortable and a bit noisy. The 2 chairs in the terrace need changing. Kitchen supplies a little sparse, eg. An ice cube tray would have been nice for the freezer, but that's really minor. Slightly chilly in the apartment in the evening. International tv emphasized European programming and languages and we could only change languages on Spanish tv. Beds were very firm. Some traffic noise from a one-way residential street that was fairly busy. Nothing to claim. Nothing that I can think of. Found the bed a bit hard and i had been camping for 12 days !!. All was great!. nothing. Outside deck chairs are warped due to wear and tear and need repairing. Nothing. Uncomfortable master bed. nothing. Apartment didnot have local bus route to nd fro from main market area nd bathroom was small for 4 people. Didn't give the spacious room with 2 toliets we booked. The small bedroom is too small to have 2 persons on bed, even though it's 2 beds. There is no more space for our suitcase. The place is a bit far from the city centre.
