Susan is possibly the nicest woman in Barcelona. She was very kind and made sure our stay was perfect. When I informed her that my shorts that had the extra set of keys was stolen at the beach, she was very understanding and told me that there would be no extra charge. The apartment was very spacious and easily fit eight people, even without using the sofa bed. Lots of small local restaurants for cheap, delicious food. all reviews »
The apartment was comfortable and clean! A great place to have a group of friends in Barcelona for the weekend. I would stay here again in a heart beat!!.
Large, comfortable and well equipped apartment. Metro station 5 min walk away, convenience stores close by. Ideal base for exploring Barcelona.

Early check-in and late check out. Kind staff. Near to metro station. Free Wi-fi. The kitchen was well equipped. There was an A/C in the living room (spacious room).

The only thing that was inconvenient was one of the showers was poorly designed so water would spill over the edges of the platform onto the bathroom floor. Aside from that, everything was amazing!.
I originally had a few problems checking in and when I called the number to contact the owner no one answered.

No wifi for five days, although I called the staff several times, the problem was never solved, quite disappointed.
The lamp of toilet wasn't working and we waited 1 day to be fixed and the technician left the toilet dirty. The internet didn't work until our 3rd day. The water heater wasn't clean. No sound isolation. No A/C in the bedrooms. We stayed in front of the apartment 45 min to meet the receptionist to open the door. The apartment needs some finishing to be perfect (hole and scratches in the wall).
It is a good apartment, but maintenance is poor. Cheap furniture, cockroach in the kitchen, heater was not working and was only totally fixed at the end of our stay after three long visits.
