What people say
The room was clean and confy, perfect for two people and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location of the hostel is good as well, very close to the subway and the Museu Nacional d'Art de Catalunya, the park Miro etc. I truly recommend this hostel for a one-week stay!. all reviews »
The location is perfect. it is near to metro station, train station and spain square.
The hostal here is very nice and helpful. Even I leave barcelona to Italy and forgot to send out the post card which bought in spain, they still help to send out them after i send from Italy.
Excellent location and helpful stuff, responding with tact to our needs. We could leave our luggage in the office after check-out, as our flight was late in the evening.
Relatively convenient location and the staff are friendly. The room is generally speaking comfortable.
Nice location, 2 mins away from the subway. Small room but tidy and comfortable. Nice service.
Very helpful and caring staff
Central location but not noisy
Clean and functional rooms.
location is good, clean and comfy beds. Close to the Train staition and placa espanya.
Good location, quiet area, friendly hosts, perfect for staying for
couple of nights.
Friendly and helpful stuff gave us loads of useful tips. Excellent location.
Very clean hotel rooms. We didn't expect that for that price.
Great place, close to metro, clean room and common bathroom.
Location excellent, staff helpful. Air-conditioned room.
Location, clean & helpful staff.
Small rooms, clean and comfortable.
convenient location.
very clean.
Location is excellent, with the Barcelona Sants train station only 5
minutes away and the Tarragona metro station practically round the
corner. It is a great option for those who, like me, have to travel by
train somewhere else (it also makes it quicker to get to and from the
airport). And while the old city is too far to simply walk there, you
can reach Poble Espanyol and everything in the Montjuic park on foot.
The beautiful gardens of the Pedralbes palace are not so far either. At
33 euro pe.
Location is fine for the visitors that come with train. 5 minutes walk from the main train station (SANTS).
WI-FI in the hostel was an advantage, since there is no TV in the rooms.
Good for a 2 night trip.
The location. It was close to the airport and a metro stop. They cleaned for us every day, though they had a habit of trying to do so before we had left for the day.
Friendly and helpful. Very good value for money.
Location, price, fast WiFi connection.
budget, near to subway stn.
Cheap, simple.
Near to the Espanya place, which is close to the Fountain. Bed sheets were clean and they provide with fresh towels everyday.
The only good thing is the location, near Pl Espanya with several transport links, including night buses to the airport.
You just got that what you payed for. The people where nice and helpful. Place is clean and lays central.
Близко к вокзалу, дешево.
Естественно, нам ВСЕ понравилось!.
shower place is too small.
Sometimes the sheet is not very clean and on one morning out of the four days we stayed there, there was no hot water. It's not possible to lock the balcony door.
It`s a lot of noice from outside traffic and the street that makes its hard to get a good sleep at night and morning (use earplugs).
Our windows were facing the patio and the room was rather dark.
We had neighbors with a baby which started making noise around 8
A.M. The boss of the hotel noticed and even asked us if we wanted
another room.
A few things broken in the room (eg light bulb, drawer handles). Bed not terribly comfortable!.
mixer tap of one of the shower stalls in need of repair, no kitchen.
no bath gel, no shampoo.
The hotel is quite depressing. Everything is old and small, with no
concern for aesthetics. In one word: communist. Of course people who
stay at Bejar don't expect much, but a fresh coat of paint in a more
lively colour would do wonders. An older staff member was very grouchy,
downright rude sometimes, it really spoils the first impression and can
be a bit scary for a young woman traveling alone who arrives late in the
evening at a hotel which is not nice looking in the first place.
No elevator. If you have a baby car, you have to take it to the upstairs manually. Toilet cover was falling all the time.
It was a bit crowded, though we did have an extra bed in a room meant for 2. There wouldn't have been a lot of room to unpack, even if there were only 2 of us...
Reception across the road from some of the rooms with bell labelled "Pension" should have been made clearer somewhere.
Toilet door won't close properly, which is rather inconvenient for a triple room.
Hard to find for first timer and office is in another building, room too small, bed size less than 3 ft, no elevator, keys to lock rm door and gate always encounter difficulty.
If you are non-smoker, this hostel is not your choice. The owner itself was smoking in somewhere in the lobby, so smell goes everywhere in the hostel since it's very small one. Another thing you might find as negative is the sounds you hear from everywhere in the hostel (from coridors to the other rooms). The facilities itself are very old.
My body is full of bites from bed bugs and when I told the owner about that he said 'oh, no, again?!!' and didnt do nothing about it for my next night, didn't even change the matress...
Маленькие, грязные, дурно пахнущие комнаты с картонными стенами, оставаться дольше чем на одну ночь - я бы не рискнул.
