It is a good location, a few minutes walk from one Plaza Catalunya Metro Station, and Paza Catalunya itself. This leads to a great pedestrian walkway into a very historic area of the city and lots of great places to eat, shop and look at! The staff were very helpful, looking up the time for my return bus to Girona airport using my flight details!. Though small the room was clean, modern and up to date amenities, such as minibar/ refrig in room. The hotel staff was very accomodating, helpful and the reception on check with cava and tapas was a nice touch. Great location just off Placa Cataluna, with easy metro access. Free internet access available in lobby with their 2 computers.
all reviews » Conviently located to areas we wanted to see. Very clean, rooms were modern and accomodated two indivduals well. The staff was very helpful--we had a situation occur where they assisted with directions and rebooking of additional nights, etc. Christian at front desk was great!! Welcome glass of champagne was nice touch. the staff were extremely friendly and helped us make reservations for dinner etc, the location at the top of the ramblas was perfect and the room clean and comfy i would definatly stay heer again. the romantic package wa a nice touch. The location of the hotel was very good - close to everything. The rooms were very comfortable and it was great to have a good choice of English channels includong movie channels. The breakfasts were exceptional - even Cava on offer. The room was perfect: modern, clean and quite large. We even had a balcony! The location was ideal since it was so close to Plaza Catalunya. The room was a little small, but with a good sized double bed and a very large bathroom. The dividing wall is made of frosted glass, so probably better to share someone that you are 'comfortable' with!. Well, our room was on the first floor, street side so it meant it was quite noisy.Although the marble floors are a nice touch, they make for loud noises both in the hall and the other rooms. There's a little problem with the shower temperature (it went from cold to hot without touching the tap). The rooms could be a little more insonorized.Noise from other rooms can some times be a little load. Metro (underground) does vibrate the hotel and has a level of noise associated with it. very small room even if for single. the beds are too hard. Yes, the running water of the bathtub which goes fromhot to cold in no time. The room is very small.room wasnt cleaned until 5pm, just as we returned from site seeing. The price was unreasonably high, due to a major event in the city. there was no internet connection in our room,we asked them a few times but they did not fix it!. the fact that I booked a normal room and they gave us a mini room and this is the second! after I complained they changed it. Noisy corridors in hotel. room was really too small so too expensive for what it is. My room was like a stamp: literally I could not move around. The room was tiny, and not an acceptable size for a 4 star hotel, if this was in Ireland it would only be a 2 star!. extremely low quality hotel. the room was so small that it hardly was worth calling it double room. No room to walk around, doors didn't lock, floor was lose, sink didn't work, metro trains underneath hotel, ...
