The hotel had a lovely welcoming atmosphere. It was in an excellent location to the marina and also very easy to travel into city centre. The staff were very professional. We had our dinner in the hotel a couple of nights from room service and it was lovely and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definately be back again. The hotel had a nice location, 10 min walk to Port Olympic and Metro. It was a quiet location, very clean and very accomodating.

Whilst I know it's a top quality hotel and the food was exceptional, the price for breakfast was outrageous at €17 each and to use the spa facilities at and extra price of €14 was equally displeasing but worth it if you are indulging!. Maybe the only thing was that the nearest metro station was hard to findand not so near to the hotel.Location was a bit out of the way from the central tourist parts. The lifts are sub standard for an hotel of this class. The area around the hotel is a bit dodgy - maybe best not to stay there if you are a lone traveller.The temperature of the room, there was no air con. and even with the blinds closed the room was excessivly hot. The pool did not open unitl 11am. It was a waste of half a day if you wanted to swim in the mornings. Also - there was no advertised information about the 17 Euro charge for the spa and indoor pool.Hot rooms. High price for the breakfast, no possibility to swirtch off the airco. Charges for the use of the indoor spa and pool these should be included as should breakfast. The bed was too hard.Comfort of the bed.... I do like a firm bed but this was like sleeping on a paving slab !. Breakfast was a bit steep but there were ample cafes/bars within walking distance.Bar closed at 1.00. very bad wifi connection, however cable connection was also possible. Pool a little small and dressing room in spa area way too small. We did not know about the extra charge of 14 euros for the use of the swimming pool and leisure facilities and took no money down with us as this was not mentioned in any of the hotel booklets. Rather than go all the way back up to the room for money, we did without our swim which we were looking forward to. The bed was very hard - I could hear conversations clearly from adjoining rooms so sound insolation was bad - the shower temperature went from extremely cold to extremely hot - I speficially went there because they had a jacuzzi, but the water in it was cold so I only went once. Difficult to find. Thin walls and thin windows (street noise). Hard mattress. A hotel in this price range should offer complementary breakfast and the possibility to use shower facilities on check out day after a visit to the beach, without extra cost.The person taking care of my room kept removing or replacing towels w/o requesting it. Also, I prefer rooms with carpets, not parquet. olf forniture and breakfast too much expensive. price for access to the spa is too high.

The hotel offers the DeSpacio Spa Center at an additional cost. The spa includes an indoor swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, steam baths and relaxing area. There is also a massage room and a beauty centre with an additional cost depending on the service hired. Due to security reasons children under 16 years old are not allowed within the Spa's premises. The hotel offers an outdoor swimming pool & Solarium in its 8th floor which has free entrance to all our customers.

Important information to guests

If breakfast is reserved directly at the hotel the price is 18 EUR per person, per night. Guests can access the spa for an additional cost of 16 EUR. Please note that children are only admitted in the spa between 11:00 and 13:00. Double rooms can only accommodate a baby cot, not an extra bed. Maximum capacity is 2 adults and 1 baby. Please note, when booking more than 5 rooms, different policies and additional supplements may apply. For non-refundable rates, the hotel reserves the right to request, at check-in, both the credit card used to pay in advance and the cardholder’s ID.
