The place was more like borrowing a friend's apartment than staying in a hostel. It was very conveniently located, being close enough to the main tourist area that you could easily walk there but far enough away to not cost the earth. Very close to Fontana metro station giving easy access to all areas of the city, with bars, restaurants to suit all budgets and supermarkets right on the doorstep. It was also very close to Gaudi's Park Güell. The owner Silvia was lovely and very helpful and welco. all reviews »
Great location in Gracia, a bit away from the very touristy areas (like La Rambla), but well-connected with metro and buses. Clean throughout and a lovely terrace, and as we visited in the off-season it felt like we had a whole apartment to ourselves, as it was very quiet.
Me and my friends are very pleased by how they welcomed us and the way they handled everything. Bohemia Barcelona is great for groups and individual travellers, fairly inexpensive and well located. We loved be there.
Excellent location. The room was in a big appartment with a lot of charm. The owner of the Hostel, Silvia, is also very charming and friendly. Can highly recommend it.

The building quite nice, near to Plaza de Catalunya, close to metro station.
There is very little that I didn't like about Bohemia Barcelona. If I had to mention one small thing it was that when anyone flushes the toilet the water pipes in the bedroom make a bit of noise bit it's my only minor gripe and is to be expected of any period building.
As mentioned by others, the water pipes are noisy, but that's because it's an old building.
Wireless network didn't work while we were at BB. Some noise (cars on the street) the first night but the following nights we got used.
A little bit noisy because of the road & inside you can hear other people using their bathroom what may be irritating especially at night.
