Everything was top class, from service, comfort, facilities and staff. It was a truely wonderful experience and I look forward to returings in the near future... The hotel was located in a great part of the city, which made it accessibel to everything I wanted to see and everywhere I wanted to go.The staff was very proffessional. Location and staff. It's not somethind that I disliked as much as a suggestion for improvement: the front desk staff should have more useful information on dining options within the City (reviews, menus and contact numbers) so that it is a little easier to evaluate and choose. The elevator. It was slow and at times we had to wait because it held a max capacity of no more than 6 people.the shower area in the bedroom - a simple blind option to pull down would be useful. The toilet room sealed with a more powerful fan would be more condusive !. expensive and common areas not particularly social.
