All was absolutely perfect. All the facilities, the room ( frontal ocean view) with jacuzzi on the terasse, perfect size. Fabulous services. All clean, quiet. La Terrace Restaurant - spectacular breakfast, wonderful cuisine. Amazing oasis for maximal relaxation. The team The smell great idea and i did want to buy however i only had hand lauge so couldnt take on plaine great if you did them in boxes and smaller, loved them ,.

The staff were excellent, especially Jorge who we started calling Jorgepedia as he was a fount of knowledge about the island. Great hotel, good location far from noisy area, good breakfast, helpful staff, we liked the spa and swimming pool a lot. Great hotel, fantastic pools and gardens. We were on red level so the rooms were great too. Staff very helpful. Very helpfull and friendly staff, nice breakfast, great room, we were treated as kings!!. The rooms, hot tub, service and the dining choices and spa. Real Feeling of Luxury, also quiet and very peaceful. Quiet efficiency of the Red Level resort. No children areas Not to busy. perfect!. elegance. Staff. Loved the red level.. Separated from the rest of the hotel with privacy and an exclusive pool. Rooms were lovely and service was great. Six O' clock cocktail service was great. Wifi behaviour. Red Level wifi available in the Red Level lounge was stable, but the Melia wifi in the room was disaster. I would also not recommend the Oasis Restaurant - dinner experience was disaster. Steak and potatoes all heated up, without any taste. My feeling is all good, and yes i may comme again becuse of early and late sun, however , although breckfast was good, i feel was disapointed in the food, the only good food i had was at the fish bar, the food thing would make me think about not comming back ,. Buffet dinner was badly overpriced at 38 euros excluding drinks and how the pricing worked was not explained unless you asked. There are better dining options in Playa San Juan 5 minutes down road but they don`t tell you that !. Food at the italian was not nice...the risotto was not what I would have expected from this level of hotel and for the price.The cocktails in the red level lounge were also very expensive. I have noticed several cockroaches (cucarachas) in this 5 stars room which is absolutely not acceptable. Restaurants in the resort are good but overpriced for the level of service they offer, unfortunately. Food at the Italian was terrible, also the snacks at red level pool very poor and very expensive. Uncooked chips are not nice but even worse they served under cooked chicken to some other guests .. How can you get this so wrong .. We ended up eating in the village and had some very nice meals.. I don't expect this level of meals in a five star hotel . Pity about this,at the rest was perfect. Needs a restaurant manager to sort them out. Dress code at restaurants, booking mandatory and some nights the restaurant was supposed to be fully booked although it was definitely not. We enjoyed the food nonetheless!. nothing. It was quite expensive & certain aspects attracted additional costs. On arrival day (4:00) had difficulty in getting an appropriate time for dinner in all but one dinning room. chilly water also in the jakuzzi and in the "heated" pools. it was just one problem, that system red level is not working propolly, staff in the hotel of Grand melia Isora more professional then staff in Red level. The price of a club sandwich and a cocktail was different depending on where you eat! In the same hotel I expect to pay the same price. Also, red level pool side service had a limited menu I thought coz of its exclusivity u would have a better and bigger spread. Lastly, I have stayed in hotels across the world n for the first time I have paid to use the gym and indoor pool.
