We only stayed for one night but the facilities, staff and cleanliness of the room were good. We had a lovely view of the beach and a comfortable stay. We caught the hotel shuttle to the airport and our driver was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. The staff and facilities were excellent. We were booked for one night and my wife, after a few hours, decided to extent our stay, much to the pleasure of our boys and nephews.

Our bathroom door had stains on The glass. A cleaner was.called.and tried.to.clean it.up but was.unable to. Housekeeping was a bit slack!. smelly drain, basin did not drain, and not a fan of open plan bathroom/loo and bedroom. Houskeeping requests for firmer pillows were ignored and the "hot" breakfast buffet was cold. Maintenance : light bulbs needed. Only that my roof in the shower was leaking from the light and main entrance. Room design. Waited at reception for a while as there were only one lady assisting the customers.The shower door were not sealing off properly and the bathroom floor was under water after each shower. The bar fridge was not cold at all and the basin drain was blocked as the water was not going down at all. Toilet was not flushing properly either. The management should look at the maintenance of the hotel, as we experienced a few minor problems. Internet did not work for the whole period of my stay. The staff could not recommend other venues where I could access Internet The toilet in the room was broken The hot water ran out half way through me filling up my bath The welcome letter was addressed to someone else. Shower that leaks water all over bathroom floor when somebody showers. Prices. If your partner went to the toilet all in the room knew what was going on. No proper door between room and toilet. Not ideal when you're traveling with friends and there is no wall or door between the bathroom and bedroom! Awkward!. No help offered with heavy luggage upon arrival. No plug for hairdryer close to a mirror in room. Really dirty, smelly toilets during seminar (they were clean early in the morning). Argumentative instead of accommodating banqueting staff. nothing in particular. it'S an average hotel with average service levels. Blocked basin, water leak coming from tile in the toilet, shower floods outside. Aircon,after calling,still did not work.The block out drapes was falling off and spoiled the view. The water from the shower pours into the bath area,which means you stand in the water trying to dry yourself. Why must we do a pre payment for things not yet received??.
