We like the mix of nature and the comfort of the house with a beautiful view to the mountain. We had a drink in the terrace so relaxing and peaceful with all soothe ambient. After that a nice and delicious food with nice people it was a wonderful dinner with all romantic candles. We love it. Sure that we'll come again. With our thanks to Patrica and Amed. Lovely rooms & wooden deck for sundowner cocktails or sunrise coffees, loved the dog sam so well behaved and makes it feel like home away from home. Staff also very friendly and helpfull, Owners Patricia & Hameed very entertaining and warm hosts. The host welcomed us graciously to this lovely lodge, made sure we were comfortable. Wish we had more time to enjoy the views and bird watching from the deck. Breakfast was delicious. As an added bonus the host shared his wisdom about life and vocation with our teens. A very special place. The gardens and trees are gorgeous. An all too brief one night stop but somewhere we would thoroughly recommend and have absolutely no hesitation in returning to for a longer stay. Excellent breakfast, lovely comfortable room and an interesting, well decorated building in what I am sure are lovely grounds. Most certainly a place we would love to go back to. This is a fantastic place, absolutely quiet although just 5 minutes from bustling Nelspruit. We stayed for only one night which we regretted the minute we arrived. And Patricia (the owner) makes you feel like it´s your house, not hers. If we ever come to Nelspruit again - this is the place we´re gonna stay!. The immediate impact that strikes one is the harmony of design and beauty that blends perfectly with the forest that almost surrounds the guest house. Nothing in the furnishing, fittings and decor jars or disturbs the senses.The owners and staff are also very friendly and helpful. Lovely setting great place to relax. Fantastic hosts. We had been delayed in traffic from gauteng and did not arrive until midnight. The owner was still up and so welcoming after a long drive. Breakfast on the deck was great. You could sit out there all day. My wife and I travel a lot and this is one of the best guest houses we have ever had the privilege to stay in. Fantastic staff and facilities. Lovely location. Right in the lush greens of a nature reserve in Nelspruit. Nice neighborhood. A house full of artworks, great veranda with nothing but green around. Location in the town is convenient yet still with an "out in the bush" feel. Nelspruit and all it has to offer is conveniently near. Lovely place, reasonable price, peaceful location. A bit tucked away in the hills so you need to have your navigation spot on. Absolutely nothing!!!. Nothing!. There was just nothing not to like!!. We shared the guest house with a group of men who wanted to have breakfast at 6 am.... and unfortunately the rooms are in close proximity to each other and the kitchen. Internet conection a bit weak from our room. From the ad I expected it to be located in a more remote area, rather than a few blocks from the city of nelspruit. For those looking for an area with access to shopping malls, movies, etc, this is a good spot. Not much - could've used an easy chair in the room. Should include water and soda in the breakfast rather than having to pay extra. Some big bugs, but you have to accept them, you are in the middle of nature. there is nothing to do in nelspruit. No dislikes.
