Very friendly staff, happy to accommodate your needs/wishes. Good, hearty breakfast; good variety. Within walking distance of marina and town centre. Nice and fairly big room, good breakfast, nice view, extremely friendly and kind staff!. Would have liked to have easy access to bar facilities on site. Particularly after hours ( sundowner type service ). it was advertised as a hotel, but it is a backpackers lodge.

Travelling information

Arriving from PE, travel through town. - The last traffic light is on the corner of Waterfront Drive and Main Road. - From here you start passing the lagoon on your left. - Continue until you see a green sign on the left reading Eastford/Gouna/Simola. - Turn right and then take a sharp left. This is Old Cape Road; we are the third building on the right-hand side. Arriving from Cape Town approaching Knysna you will cross a bridge that spans the lagoon at a sign saying Brenton/Belvedere. - 4.7 km from the start of this bridge, you will see a green sign on the right reading Eastford/Gouna/Simola. - Turn left and immediately left again and we are the third building on the right-hand side.
