Sir , When I arrived at the Lagoon beach apartments, on Sat 11th May, they did not have a reservation for me, and could not identify your reference number. Luckily for me they were able to accommodate us at hhe last minute. I am not impressed with your service. We were three lady's staying in one apartment we ask for a extra single bed and when we arrived they did put in the bed immediatly so we want to thank you for that. If I can suggest something try and have apartments with twin beds.
all reviews » ground floor unit. 10 m from the beach. view of the sea . two bathrooms with a shower and bath for choice. bed very comfortable. had all the equipment you needed. very quite , perfect unit for us. Staff were helpful and friendly. Location is perfect with easy access to beach and city. Spectacular views. The ocean views, walking by the beach, friendliness of staff. Confortable room, beautiful view, cozy place. I loved it!. I liked everything about the Hotel, people were amazing. View is excellent and the apartments spacious. Sunstays that also rents units have aggressive and rude staff on site that treat hotel guests with disrespect. Cleaners forgot to clean unit on one of the days we stayed at the apartments. Balconies are not cleaned at all and are thilthy. Apartments were a little tired, old TV, bathroom and shower facilities not that modern. The upper deck swimmingpool area was reserved for a private party and we could not get in. That was a main reason for taking the children there. Thus we were very disappointed. We should have been warned beforehand. The place was really untidy. Plastic bags, rubbish in heaps in the corridors and in need of a good scrub with soap and water. Nothing. No Air-conditioning in the apartment. Outlook from room limited. Check-in takes forever. . Sofa in apartment was very dirty TV very old. Left a list for maintenance on departure Wouldnt use this hotel again. Only one bathroom with shower, the other no. Little TV channel. Broken chair on balcony, Dirty dishes left for days in hallway. Problems with key cards. internet is very expensive, buy a sim card -cell network! 10 € for 1 giga and half Breakfast poor. I've booked in a seaview apartment, they put us in a apartment with no seaview! After we complained, they moved us! All over the complex are dirty!! The steps, the passage to the apartments, in front of the doors, the whole complex need paint!! The furniture in the apartment were dirty!! It was not nice to stay there and we will never return!!. The self catering apartments does not have any Aircons and no Fans. It was really hot and I could not sleep. I would suggest that you have at least fans in each room?. - Unauthorized amount booked against credit card. Took almost a week to reverse transaction. - No air con in the apartment. Unable to open doors and windows as apartment is located on the road and parking lot. Safety concerns. - Did not enjoy breakfast due to touring group who invaded our privacy. the place looks lovely on the web but take a look inside the apartments before you posts photos on the web it was supposed to be serviced it was anything but clean starting with the furniture very sad i booked there much better places and as i said to the reception money was not the issue went by the photo on the net and the place looked lovely.

From the CBD (central business district): - Take the N1 Paarl from the central business district; - Take the Milnerton off-ramp, and turn left at Boundary Road. Follow the road towards the beach; - The hotel is on the right-hand side.
