Perfect location in the heart of the old city centre. Friendly and cheerful reception staff. The room was clean and spacious. No noise due to traffic, for the hotel is within a pedestrian zone. The parking place was of great value, guaranteed for safety, for it is monitored from the reception desk. The breakfast contained everything, even a buffet of warm dishes. Great location, lovely breakfast, comfortable and clean room. Great service from staff.

Breakfast was also very good. situation of the hotel; parking facilities. Clean, easy to find,. Peace and velness. Peaceful, clean. The location is fantastic and the staff were eager to please. There doesn't appear to be a bar in the hotel but there are plenty close by and the centre is quite small. We were on a football trip and it was the perfect. place to stay 10 mins from the stadium and looking on to the fans square.Very comfortable bed, excellent bathroom , quiet location with blinds to block out the early morning sun. A kind of coldness at the reception. They should really contact guests before arrival to explain to them how to get past the barriers if they are driving. Directions to the hotel are signposted through the city but gettin past the barrier and through the pedestrian zone to the car park needs to be explained better.A bit difficult to find because its located in a pedestrian zone if it were not for a taxi driver to show me where it was i might have not found it!. the room was beside the lift, we found it hard to sleep because of the noise of the lift.The system to drive in to the walking area, did not work at all. We had to walk to the hotel every time when we wanted to have our car back to the hotel. Hotel staff also tried to book us to the other hotel even when we had a previous reservation. Airconditioning was an additional fee of 9€/day. Reaching the car parking is difficult because you have to pass a road barrier, call the hotel and to cross a pedestrian zone. It should be better explained how to reach the hotel car parking...Small tv. Charge for air conditioning which we've never come across before, and ifwindow open, disturbed throughout the night by adjacent residentstalking loudly on balconies throughout the night.
