Although being situated a few kilometres out of the centre of town it was a brilliant place to stay for a few days. Very close to shopping malls and plenty of places to eat. €5 taxi into town and the staff would gladly order one. The hotel was spotless and the staff were so helpful. I wrote several times before arriving and I was answered immediately. The breakfast buffet was great. The rooms immaculately clean. Although hotel was 100 % full you would never have known it. Very quiet. Great litt.
all reviews » The room was very comfortable(very nice beds). Service from check in to check out was outstanding. Breakfast was very good. Kristen at the front desk was a very big help with transportation to and from the center city. All of our needs/requests were fulfilled quickly and to our liking. We were traveling with two smaller kids and the staff made this trip one to remember!. Great new hotel at the outside of Ljubljana, close to the ring road. Price is good, isolation of the room is also good. Big and nice swimming pool at 4 minutes walking from the hotel (with free entrance for hotel visitors). Food in restaurant is very good and staff in restaurant is flexible concerning food (variations). Room is large, fast internet. Located in a quiet location, not so far from the center (10 minutes by taxi). Near 2 shopping center, entertainment places. Cleaned every day, a large bright room, varied breakfast is all super. Reception very polite, help all. I advise to call a taxi from the hotel, so it is much cheaper. Hotel was excellent, a good cheap taxi service into town. A short walk to a spa swimming complex which was free as part of the hotel deal. Next to out of town shopping if,you like this sort of,thing! But so nice in the town who wants a shopping complex that you,can find in Britain?. A lovely modern and clean hotel with spacious rooms and comfortable beds.Rich breakfast buffe served in the restaurant area and a small but adequate fittness room on the top floor overlooking the town and the mountains. It was a superb, this is really a huge 1 bedroom plus a livingroom appartement on the top of the hotel. We had a big variate of cold, warm foods for breakfast (e.g. pancakes), was really well served. The hotel positively surprised us upon arriving, every detail is well thought-out, even the transport to the city and back to the hotel. The staff is very helpful. I would recommend this hotel on anybody wanting to stay in Ljubljana. It was fault less. This is minor but was an issue. Our shower was fickle at best. We were on the forth floor of 15 floors. The water temps during a normal shower went from hot to cold several times making a shower an adventure to say the least. Also of minor mention is the menu offered at the restaurant. This is a very limited menu only offering a few items. But with several places to eat right outside the door you can find other options to your liking within a 5 minute walk. I asked for a room not close to the elevator/stairs but did get one next to the elevator. After having complaint I did get a new room further away (by reading my reservation more carefully this could have been avoided. Pool is not on the site hotel, you need to cross the street and by walk 5-6 minutes. Being out of town but taxi service did overcome this. Location, a bit outside the city center in a big shopping area. If you book a taxi through the hotel, cost is 5 euros one way to the city center. Permanent noises from the metal parts of the windows during the day, caused by the temperature differences between the outside and the inside. Parking fee of 8 euro is to much. I couldnt open the window in the room, to get at least a feeling of a fresh air in the room, but have to admit, that the air in the room felt good, not to dry as usual in the hotels... Really nothing to complain. The rooms are a bit dark even with all of the lights on, but that is not so important. What is more important the hotel is surrounded by shopping and entertainment centers. This caused a constant traffic jam all weekend long and brought terrible disco music banging during the night up to 3 am. I am not a person with sleep problems, but this was really unacceptable. The underground parking is a bit expensive (€8 a night) and the restaurant is good but it could be better to fit the quality of the hotel. A problem with TV took 1,5 days to be solved (we were staying 2 days in total)... Air condition wasn't working well. Prices at the bar were quite expensive and with the hotel being located very remotely there is not much a choice for an evening drink. Having to take the hotel contracted taxis. They were only 5 euro each way but when we called they picked and choosed who they took first. We were left outside with a baby while we waited for another cab. We were charged 18.50 euro one way for a trip back to the hotel from the city center. The king size bed on our second stay was surprisingly uncomfortable... on our first stay we slept very well in single beds. nothing. You can Improve in your houseKeeping service. You can make the Parking free. Cleaning lady knocked on door at 7.55 in the morning ;/. Bit far from the center. Place is quite far away from city center, but taxi service works well. Additional price for the hotel's garage and windows cannot be opened (only air-conditioning system works). The matraces were to soft for our taste and the pillows to hard, but otherwise everything was ok. location in the industrial/mall area, 8euro for parking is way too much, price. The dinner menu was a quite poor, also would like to see some traditional slovenian dishes in it. Hotel charge 7.5 Euro extra for parking. There is a parking lot free of charge behind the hotel (half a minute walk. Use it rather to pay the extra. Nothing to say. I didn't have a hairdryer (room 1305) which is of basic need for me. parking. It is a bit out of the city, good if you are a car traveller or do not mind o walk 40 minutes to reach the city center. The food was not the best. Pillows. First evening, it was very cold in the apartment. Location for city not ideal. Location is a beat strange. Out side of the city in an industrial area...
