1) The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. 2) That it has a 'basic' price, and them you can add services like parking, laptop use, fast food delivery, instead of paying an average price to cover their use by all guests. An excellent new and modern hotel on the outskirts of town with easy access to the city center. Nice breakfast and helpful hotel staff.Really nice staff. Location is a little bit outside of the city center (aproxx. 1,5 miles) but you can rent a bike or take a taxi cab.The staff were very knowlegable and what they did not know would go out their way to find out for you. it is a brand new hotel outside the city and very quiet. staff,cleaning,big rooms,free wifi,free parking. It was really nice designed and equiped.The staff was very friendly. The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast was good. There is a nice lounge area to relax in. Complained while checking out and got the answer back "The powercut off is automatic. It isn't really a disadvantage that the hotel lies out of the center. The place is easy to find, also close near the highway. By car it it a 10 minute drive.The only thing we didn't like was the location as it was far from city center and we depended upon a taxi all the time. a bit far from the centre. Althouth the hotel provided like snacks in the evening it would have been nice to be able to purchase hot meals even if it was just room service if you did not want to travel into the town. no restaurant; difficult to find. no liftt, far away from the city center. You have to take a taxi to get to and from the city center. Walking is an option but the road is not pedestrian friendly.Better/larger breakfast selection would have been nice. A bit far out of town and no nearby places to eat, but taxis from thehotel cheap (5€). It would be very good if there was a restaurant. the buffet breakfast was very poor. Not really. Everythng went well but it was only an overnight stay. The bar closed at 22:00 :)) But I've survived it :). Cost a bit too much by taxi from the airport. 1)staff at the reception cannot issue receipts if you are paying by cash-no cash machine???? 2) in the case of illness (departure before the planned deadline) you must pay a sum for the whole period- the canncelation policy is not customer-oriented. Chose this hotel due to the best review score of 9 at the time ofreservation. The breakfast was the worst one among my last 29 Europeanhotel stays in 2 years. Unlike its photos published on the web, they donot serve orange juice. They only serve very thin nectar with a slightorange flavor. The location was not for leisure travelers. No merit tostay at this hotel away from the city center.
