In the center, close to ski slopes. Location and quality of room. Breakfast was very poor for a hotel of this quality.Had to pay in cash as the hotel said they could not accept any form of bank cards. This caused major problems due to the amount which can be withdrawn from ATM's per day. They did not accept credit cards,double room had beddings for single use,it was not a four star hotel by any standard.

In winter, Kranjska Gora offers skiing, snowboarding and carving on more than 30 km of ski slopes, which are mainly snowed up with compact snow, cross-country skiing on approximately 40 km of trails.

Beside a casino you will find many small shops in Kranjska Gora, also for souvenirs. You can visit nearby Tarvisio (17 kilometres away) with its well-known leather market.
