  Staff very friendly and extremely helpful.Warm welcome by the young and friendly staff on the reception. Speaking german or english and absolutely no problems in communication The hotel location cannot be faulted and is convenient to shopping and attractions. My room was spacious and overlooked to mountain.The room had a bath and shower, toiletr... what people say » ies daily, tea and coffee facilities and the bed, being a kingsize was really comfortable.The breakfast is extremely good. Excellent location. Very g - Good central location with nice view of city and surrounding mountains. The room was clean, breakfast was very good and plentiful. There is a nice wellness & bar on the top floor of the hotel. I also had a surprisingly excellent Thai dinner served in a nice oriental room - nice touch. Overall one of my best experiences with a Holiday Inn hotel.
