Excellent position for exploring the Tatras, gorgeous area. Very friendly hotel. friendly and helpful staff nice location. excellent location. The next day Agnes on the reception was very helpful. The location isn't bad at all. Tatra tea is good in the retro bar. payment by card was impossible, so you need to carry cash. They did not know about the booking; allocated room was smaller than booked; noisy sounds of water and bathroom fan; the hotel is only partially reconstructed so it is a mix of new and old.
