  Location, at terminus of 2/4/8 tram, 3 stops out of town, not far from university botanic gardens, countryside, children's railway, breakfast made to order.Price good. Can check-in late (ish). - Very good hotel for its price. We really liked view on the stadion from teras. It is not in the center, but it takes 20 minutes walk to get there.

  Beautiful rooms, although a little bit small, great shower. Not a big problem as I didn't spend much time in the room. Very helpful, nice staff.
