It is a nice, clean and comfortable hotel. The room was comfortable and warm. The bed felt quite good to lay on. they should inform the guests up front when there is a wedding on Saturday. If I was not attending the wedding, the music until 5 am would really bother me. Sadly, the staff had very poor customer service. The man who checked me in spoke very poor English and was very abrupt. My girlfriend was also with me, and he demanded of her (in Slovak) that she must leave the hotel before 10 pm. This was despite the fact that my room was booked for two people, her and I. Finally, the shower's hot water kept switching to extreme cold every few minutes.
