Located off the beaten path but very close to the north end of the main square. It's not the most convenient location if you plan on walking from the train/bus station, so I suggest taking a taxi. The facilities are ok, staff is great and helpful. This is one of those places that locks the main door at 10pm, but they give you a key to that door to enter. The room I had was huge. The breakfast was traditional and very good.
all reviews » The location was excellent, just a short walk to the main square. Using our gps we walked to the hotel from the train station. The breakfast was disappointing. There was not a wide choice and we had dry meat and cheese with curly edges. For overall value though we felt it was good. The location of the hotel is very good, because you can walk to the center of the town and do some seightseeing without The parking is genius, you just need to get used to the idea of going inside and picking up the remote to open the gate. Huge double room with bath tube for two people. Rich breakfast included in the room rate. Safe private parking. Close to the city center. Nice and green internal yard. Perfect value for money. Definitely recommend. Though we booked double-bed room we stayed in a large apartment for the same price of 39 euro/night. Big room central location. The bathroom was dated, only a tub, no shower or even a curtain or enclosure, so anything resembling a shower is impossible. Europeans probably would find this completely normal and acceptable. The city tax is kinda strange... because you pay it by person and not by room (which should be included in the reservation). Quite hot inside - especially at the reception where you might feel like in a glasshouse during summer. - there was very strange and strong smell in the room and especially bathroom. It faded a little bit after we opened the window, but opening window would not be an option if we were there in January - breakfast was quite poor. Lumpy, thin pillows, bin not emptied regularly enough (we stayed 1week). Some rooms have nice laminate flooring but ours had tired old thin carpet. No shower curtain, so it was hard to keep some of the floor dry. Only 1 key to the room. Breakfast was really basic. There was no coffee available. Water for the tee was not warm. Some of the selection was not refilled. Nothing. No breakfast coffee. Poor breakfast (no sausages, eggs etc.). Nothing. Not clean enough, issue with money at the end but with happy end for me (they didn't agree in the first place with the booked price from the site). sometimes noise neighbours. Wifi was weak but adequate. Fungal smell on the floor, holes in the sheets. Restaurant had little charm. MAYBE a restaurant ?. TV-set didn't work. Awakened by next door neighbors talking. They were not loud, just seems as though the walls are made of paper. Floors are wood and walking around either in our flat or next door or down the hall, was very loud. I thought a few times during the night, that someone had entered the room...They had not, but it sounded as though they had. Thin walls, very acoustic rooms, used and old furniture, no wi-fi signal in our room (just in the patio). very cheap low -end furniture in room. Atmosphare of the room was not modern, old furniture, not so wide range of the breakfast. not so clean, especially bathroom. No elevator!!!! Many steps. Narrow tub and could not stand up. I think it is little expensive up to level of the hotel. I didn´t like a really cold temperature in the room. First everything looked just fine, hotel is in good place, nice looking etc. But there is a small problem, water is coming down on everywhere so the wall's were wet, you could smell it, you could see it, you could touch it. That wasnt so nice. But if you stay there one night, it's ok. Very dirty rooms, cracks on the walls, old furniture, poor natural light, no carpets on the floor, the window was broken, pipes all over the place. clean. poor bedding - holes in the sheets, small single duvet Off colour 'white' towel No cleaning in room during a 4 night stay.
