The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant onsite was also very good and the staff there very friendly as well. For the price and with our large group it was very nice and we would stay there again. Perfect for a short stay. Spacious rooms, very quiet neighborhood. Could benefit greatly from some renovation. While I waited with things at the reception, Pakistani burglar from a group of Pakistanis hotel guests with English passports tried to steal my belongings. It was not the fault of the hotel, it is in the nature of Pakistanis. Although they have Canadian or British passports, their character remains. Hard to find if you are first time in Bratislava. Nothing else really... a little far from the city center. The room seemed very tired and in need of a refurbishment. Location is quite off. Get a good map if you intend to walk from the main railway station. Dirty walls The service was inhibited by the poor English skills of the receptionist. A little bit far from the city center. Hard to find pension. The room was quite trashy. incorrect information about meal plan and no information about price of breakfast. TV channels are only in Slovak. they had only economy-room available, which was very ugly, maybe 1* level, for sure not 3*. Probably they plan to reconstruct the room, because the bathroom was very nice. Very expensive restaurant, the cheapest bottle of red wine was for 25 Eur... both rooms were very dirty, with less than basic furniture, no table, no chairs. we decided to cancel our booking the day after arriving and moved to another place. A filthy hotel,rock hard beds,ripped furniture. A very misleading presentation of itself on your site. Do yourself a favor and be rid of them.
