Beds,breakfast,view,quietness around, close to MRT Raffles place, swimming pool. Big bed, spacious room, nice view. None. Taxi stand in front of the hotel is a bit confusing. We went out in the evening, the concierge guys asked us to walk further to Que up at the Taxi stand in the shopping arcade area, but not in front of the hotel. He said it will be difficult for him to call taxi for us in front of the hotel. For a 5 stars hotel, we expect to receive a professional concierge service.
