Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner in a buffet format are pretty good with a wide variaty of Asian type food available. Very nice swiming pool. Good level of service from the personnel overall. I did not like the location of the restaurants at the lobby because there was always this foul smell every time you came in from outside into the lobby. Some people like me do not like the smell of food in the lobby. It really defaces the hotel. Nice fresh smell at the reception/lobby would have been more pleasant.It is little bit small. Not really. the shower was not in a good condition.there was a leakage at the shower head. arriving at 21.30 I still had to wait for the room for one hour. Slow check in, late cleaning. Rooms ver dark and small. dirty carpetss need replacing in the room breakfast and internet just too expensive. It is better to change the pillow's cover every day. Last time the smell was very bad.not many staff to work especially on reception area. Make a late and long waiting just only to check in and check out. Taking a complimentary carpark ticket need to wait long. It was a bit far from the bus halt when returning. 1.Taxi booking arrangements in the morning was chaotic and not properly oganised. Pillow supply and missing bath robes. Check in and out delays. Executive lounge facility not well stocked or user friendly compared to other hotels nearby. The staff at the reception was very unkind and they were frowning all the time. I have talked to 3 of them and they were all the same.we never had room service after the first night, eventhough we asked for it twice. By 1.00 Am when we came back, i went to the shift manager and complained , the he came and cleand the room by himself and was very nice. In short, i don't think that the hotel worth the money and the service was not very nice. the hotel was kind of old and expensive. Room is in poor state,stains on carpet ,bedside table missing, bathroom and bedroom needs decorating, housekeeping very slow,needed to be called more than once.Cannot use the bath,no hot water from bath tap. Asked for 10% discount and not given by the hotel.
