We stayed in a Club room and from the moment we arrived until the moment we departed we were treated like 'Royalty'; the Club lounge is on the 22nd floor and this is where we checked-in, we had asked for room with a view and wow did we get one on the top floor (2530). The room although compact was luxuriously appointed with a king size bed, rich cotton bedding, electric blinds, a rain shower & bath with quality soaps etc, it also had a coffee maker. papers in the morning and a free mini-bar.

We stayed in a club room, with a really comfy bed and lovely shower room with a view out over the city. The club benefits were well worth the extra, enjoyed drinks on the club level in the evening and watched the sun set. With the MRT station (a tourist pass was cheap and took us too the airport on leaving) shops and restaurants it was easy to settle in, though taxis are also an easy . We booked a club room, which I would definitely recommend. Staff was impeccably dressed, super friendly and always ready to assist you. Happy hour from 6 till 8 pm was a real treat. Breakfast was sumptuous with a nice mix of Western style and Asian style. The pool on the 22th floor was very beautiful with a view to die for and clean towels available at every moment. The room we stayed in was gorgeous. I especially adored all the wood used in decorating the hotel. This created a warm and friendl. Fairly new hotel located right above the Novena station. Housekeeping is very generous with the supply of toiletries and mineral water. Front-desk staffs are helpful too with requests attended to immediately. Keep up with the great service! What I love most is the convenience of having the subway right smack below the hotel and the super close proximity to the shopping mall giving us many options for breakfast. There's laundry service in the mall too, offering a cheaper alternative to the expe. I had Club room access and hence my room was on the top floor. I had an amazing view over northern Singapore. The room was very quiet but from time to time could hear people in adjoining rooms. The club facilities were excellent - food and ambience with the pools outside and the ability to sit under cover in fresh and coolish air. The staff in the hotel were excellent throughout and their help and attention were much appreciated. The hotel is just eight minutes from Orchard road by the mrt - ve. The staff was courteous and very accommodating. We arrived around 9:30 a.m. and they offered to give us our room right away. On the day of our departure, we were allowed to keep our room until 2:00 p.m. given that we had a late flight that night. Also, having access to the MRT at the lower level of the hotel was very convenient allowing us to go anywhere in Singapore even in the evening. The restaurant there offers a lovely afternoon "tea" on Sundays. Indonesian cuisine and a wonderful buffe. Excellent location with Novena MRT in basement made travel easy to and from Changi airport and around town. Swimming pools were great and well used by us. We took the 'Club' package giving us facilities on floor 22. Pool, breakfast, canapes and drinks at night, all very good. All day coffee and tea and muffins and free minibar (mainly softdrinks) meant nothing more to spend. We spent 3 lovely nights there and staff could not have been more friendly or helpful. We were on a stopover and it was so relaxing that we never left the hotel for the 2 nights we were there except to walk 1.2km to Newton's Circus for dinner one night. The staff were warm and friendly and could not do enough to help. The metro to the airport is connected to their lower floor and took 2 minutes to walk there. We took the Clubroom option which was well worth the extra cost. We would definitely recommend this hotel. The staff made us feel very welcome and made our stay memorable. A big thank you goes to Sam and Margret for the prompt and clear communication before the stay and the special honeymoon suprise on our check in. The hotel is in a nice area, not very close to the main attractions. However, the direct subway link through the hotel basement floor was magnificent, making us feel like we were staying much closer to anything. This hotel is by far one of the best in Singapore. when we arrived, there was a fresh smell thru out the lobby. perfect location,connected to Novena sq2. the amenities were complete. i was very impressed. the design was very modern yet simple. bed was very comfortable. this is a hotel that is not afraid to give MORE to satisfy customers. highly recommended. We upgraded to a Club room, in order together access to a room at 8am in the morning and we were glad to do so, since we got access to the very comfortable lounge on the 22nd floor, where we ate breakfast, procured food and drink in the evening, and also swam. Also liked the location on top of a MRT station. Staff were very good. We loved the contemporary minimalist style of the hotel. The club rooms and pools were really lovely with great views and the staff were really friendly and helpful and made our stay really special. Although the hotel is a little out of the main centre there is a subway below the hotel so it was really easy to get to around. Upgrading to club ($50 per )offered free breakfast,free mini bar,and dedicated lounge opened 24 hours for free snacks and non alcoholic drinks.With the Oasia sitting above Novena mrt - all of Singapore was just a ride away. The room itself was lovely and big enough but was smaller than average. Room size may be slightly smaller than some other places I've stayed before but it's no big deal since we are out to the room most of the time. Nothing - it was an excellent stay and the hotel is to be on the highly recommended list. No power point in the bathroom. Ar conditioning difficult to understand. -Tv channel not much -not really soundproof, so if your next neighbour open/close the door you can hear it. The rest was very nice. The corridors seem very dark and narrow. Also there are exits to a stairwell marked on each floor but if you decide to venture down the stairs to the next floor (rather that take the lift) beware once on the stairwell there is no way of getting out as the doors lock behind you. The breakfast was pricey so we ate out. I can recommend the cafe beside the MRT, it advertised as opening at 7:30 but opens at 9:30. Great veggie food and a change from all the Asian Fayre. I was really upset that our Travel Money card was debited $50 per night at checkin in case we had any extras, the staff member did not explain this would happen, he said they were just scanning it as a security. When we went to use it at an atm we had no funds to withdraw, very frustrating at the end of a holiday having to withdraw from another account and now have Singapore dollars on a card we may never use again. Not impressed ! Would not use this hotel again because of this. Nothing really everythings excellent just hoping it wont change its price. The lobby faces medical facilities & the hotel is surrounded by hospitals and medical centres. However, the rear of te hotel backs onto a vibrant shopping strip & Novena MRT is accessible from the hotel lift. Dissapointed with the Club lounge facilities. Expected a little more based on other places we have been. Couldn't order many cocktails, only a very basic range, no menu or cocktail bar etc. Place needs a dedicated cocktail barman. No bar facilities at the pool on Level 8. None during my stay. The liquid soap in the washhand basin was not as convenient in its use as it was a small bottle with lid. A larger bottle with a press jet would be better. The hotel price at sg$280 per room per night was too high even though the booking was made 5 months ago. Nothing to say in this section. the price is quite high and keep changing everyday the staff is not so friendly maybe, they're busy too many guests here. - Room is not well sound proof (you can easily hear sounds from the alley and from rooms next to you - stayed at Room 919). - took some time to check in. Everything about the hotel is attractive other than the physical size of the room which is mitigated by highly creative utilization of the space. None. Very expensive (may not in Singapore but compare with hotels in other cities). Breakfast for extra fee. Some distance from Orchard Road (six transit stops). A business hotel in the middle of the hospital district. Breakfast was nice not fantastic. Restaurant was very expensive especially for Australian travellers where dollars were more or less the same. Switches for the lights were a bit confusing. None. in room coffee machine did not work, crying baby noise from one of the neighbour rooms at midnight at every night of my stay (2 nights), minibar was locked.
