This hotel was the very best in Novi Sad. Some of my friends had bad experiences elsewhere. The big room was brillliant,exceptionally clean with the most up to date `state of the art` facilities including a 26" flat screen television.the service from all the staff were superb and coulndn`t be more helpful.I Have visited approx. 30 countries and many hotels and I must say that this was one of the very best. I would recommend anyone to book at this hotel. I hope you find this report helpful.....d.

It is not right in the centre of town, so it is a bit quieter which is good - town centre is only about 25 minutes walk. Staff are very friendly & helpful. Pool & gym facilities are very good for Novi Sad. Rooms are comfortable and spacious enough as is the bed. The staff were all excellent and spoke very good English. The facilities were excellent with indoor outdoor pool gym and other great facilities. Exellent staff. The bedrooms were fantastic and very well equipped. comfort and very good spa. I could not find anything to complain about ....my stay at this hotel was perfect!. Restaurant & wine selection is average but that's my only real criticism. nothing. pillows and mattress, sound isolation from street trafic. The pool upstairs wasn't working, disappointing. it´s a bit too much 80ies style and not really 5 stars, breakfast is quite weak and the buffet is empty once you arrive shortly before closing, the hotel is about 10 min by car from the centre, so not really an option for a night stroll to the centre. While the desk staff was very helpful and friendly the spa staff were not inclined the same way. When we asked to use the Jacuzzi an hour before closing we were told no. Nothing. Location. Room space:). Apartment was on the ground with no good view, also for jacuzzi we need assistant from staff to start it. It is 25 minutes walk from center. Parking is very small but the hotel finds place for each car, so not a big issue. limited area to relax in evening. Lack of parking space. Single room is too small. Advice: pay extra for a single use of a double room. Food is very average and not up to standards of a 5 star hotel. Wine list - poor. Breakfast could be better. They did not have 24 hour room servce. The sliding door failed to open, locking us in the room. The standard double rooms are very small, almost claustrophobic. We reported the room as being very hot but the air con was 'in winter mode' and therfor could not be used to 'cool' the room. We also reported a fault with the shower however this was not rectified while we were resident. Breakfast was appalling - way below a 5Star expectation, Was a bit remote - 30 mins walk from centre. breakfast replenishing was very slow. Rooms are not sound-proof, to go swiming or sauna have to walk from one building to another. Esspecially those rooms 60x which are in another building, sleeping is not possible. NOT A 5 STAR HOTEL!. Bathroom and guarderobe too small considering a 5 star hotel.
