We only stayed for two nights but really loved it. The staff was professional and friendly. The hotel is super clean and comfortable. Breakfast is included in the price and is probably one of the best breakfasts served in hotels in Serbia ;-) We had an early departure on our last night and the staff offered to prepare lunch bags for us so we still get some food on our way to the airport or later, which was super sweet. Our lunch bags had delicious sandwiches, orange juice, yogurt and some fruit.

We could not fault a single member of staff, each and everyone was happy, courteous, helpful and made our stay a real pleasure. Excellent hotel with very professional and helpful staff. The room and the rest of the facility was of the highest standard with everything you need. Access to the gym was included. The bar on the top floor was nice. Relatively close to Nikola Tesla Airport. All in all, this hotel exceeded our expectations. As aşways in my favourite hotel in Belgrade . I must say a special thanks to all reception staff !!! They are the most helpfull and Professional ones that i have met for a long time. If you will go Belgrade no matter you will be in old Belgrade choose this hotel. Great hotel to stay in Belgrade +feels like 5 star hotel +parking space available around hotel +close to highway +there are places to eat and shopping mall nearby +it is easy to get to downtown from the hotel by foot, cab or driving. Very clean hotel, room equipped with all necessary things, even a seperate desk for working with a laptop, quick free wifi speed, very comfortable bed and shower cabin, and above all fantastic luxury breakfast. Average business hotel, not disappointing, but also nothing special. Breakfast buffet, free wi-fi. There wasn't really anything that we didn't like. nothing. The food in the restaurant was absolutely OK, but nothing special. nothing significant. The persistance of the restaurant waitor the night I was there, to eat from the Brunch Buffet instead of the a la carte menu. Not very bright idea when the food has been there waitting from 10:00 in the morning and you want to have diner at 21:00... Price of wines. 35 € for rose from macadonia wich normal is about 10€. Confusion on security for outside parking: the reception's staff says it is not securized and recommend inside parking at 10 Euros extra. letsbookhotel.com reports free parking, and in fact there was a guard for the outside parking. Deluxe double room too small and king size bed not even queen size... Cable TV didnt work, and they were unable to repair it, but didnot give any logical explanation. There are 3 entrances to parking, but only one of them is in use, so you have to circle arround until you find right one. Some problems with TV in the room: at first we couldn't turn on the TV, later we couldn't swich off it by remote controll. They have an absolutely crazy heating system whereby every room is set to 26 Celsius, regardless of the temperature. I told them it was criminal that with the world facing an energy crisis they were wasting heat by making the rooms into saunas. They said there was nothing they could do as they're on a city-wide temperature control! This might stop me going there again. Not at all cozy. - It's an effort to learn how to let the water run in the shower. Prices of Minibar too expensive, Shower in the junior suite didnt work, Breakfast could be much better. Bathroom to pour for this hotel. Receptionist didn't give me a receipt at checking out.I hope i will get it at my home. Gym was a disappointment. Nothing !!!!. Woice from the motorway. - poor phonic isolation - the cleaning lady appeared in the room to bring the towels right after we checked in, although we expect this to happen before the actual check-in. It gave us the impression that she was looking for a tip. - the access card must not be inserted completely once you enter the room, otherwise the electricity will stop shortly (the receptionist gave us this tip afterwards). - the exchange office was not available on a Saturday. No free water in room.
