The staff was friendly, and helpful. My plane got in early morning and my flight didn't leave until that evening. They let me stay several hours after check-out time with no charge. The free morning buffet was delicious. The hotel is stylish, the rooms artistic. Staff are so friendly and the design of the hotel is nice, the room is so clean , I do appreciate getting late check out from the staff, there is big supermarket nearby ( Alothaym) also gas station and you can reach the center within 15 minutes .

Location is good, nothing else. nothing. I think the breakfast buffet should be better ( you can not compare it to Indonesa best western hotel buffet) also they should offer more dishes in the resturant during lunch. Inside hotel noise from construction work. Bathroom very small with shower area not isolated even with curtains to avoid spells. Breakfast. None. the bathroom. The toilet in the room does not have a door in the bathing area, because of which the water is spilling out to the other area. TV could have more international channels. Breakfast was not good. bad wifi connection, poor staff knowledge, poor bathroom design, doors dont close shut. Shower leaked into the bedroom as well as entrance area! Wash basin, when used, made a noise of flushing toilet. General appearance of bathroom was very poor and requires full refurbishment. House keeping are very poor. bad smell at the lobby. There was very bad smell all time at in and out of hotel The restaurant very poor and not good. Terrible bathroom design and sewage system. Rooms are not sound-proofed and you can hear a lot from the noisy neighbors. The room was not clean, the linens were used by the previous guest, I discovered that from the hair found under the cover. The bath cleanness is terrible, and there is shower curtain so the water is flowing all over the bathroom. This was the worse experience with Riyadh hotels. I had to call the reception four times to get my linens changed, then to bring the TV remote control that was not in the room, then to bring me a teaspoon for the complementary coffee, and last time to get a prayer mat. food. They refuse to accept room booking done by letsbookhotel.com. Reception staff ware unbelievable person and did not allow me to meet with manager on duty or Hotel manager ... very very very bad way to deal with gusts. Not recommend anybody to deal with this hotel; and also letsbookhotel.com should re-look to keep this hotel in recommended hotel list Thanks.
