An overall excellent experience. Value for money. Couldn't have asked for or expected more. We arrived from Dubai by car - and the car was immediately whisked away to the well maintained parking easily accessible from the room. Front desk personell were professional , charming ,and willing to help. The hotel provide a water heater and stuff to make tea and coffee inside the room for free . Water and soft drinks in the refregerator were complementary as well which no. Its location is very close to Haram. Female gate can be approached for each salah. this time they upgraded my room and it was superb.The color combination of wall is soothing and dim lighting made the room very comfortable As i am very peculiar about toilet hygiene i found the washrooms clean and absolutely dry and they clean the room every day. Capacious restaurant and lovely mix up of food with a number of healthy choices with fresh fruits, especially i admire the cheff who was making fresh . We were very happy with the hotel and enjoy the 03 night stay We booked 02 Triple & 01 Double but They upgrade us for a 3 Room Executive Suite (#522) which was very spacious and comfortable. Also we had a partial Haram View. The time we check-in swas at 02:00am and the taff who was a lebanese was very friendöy and fast. Breakfast was very well organise and it had lots of varity and it was upto Five Star Stndard. The location was excellent as the hotel was right in frot of mosque and also it. The hotel is located just next to the Masjid Nabwi so the location is extremely convenient. The stay was extremely wonderful and surprising. Never had such a great staff and service standards in such places like Mecca and Madina as generally people are rude. This hotel's service standards are as good as as any top notch hotel. Breakfast was amazing. The staff was so vigilant about service that as soon as more people came for breakfast they added additional space with more food. Highly recommend. 1- Rooms are spacious and comfortable. 2- Ample parking available in basement, which is free of charge. 3- Breakfast is very good. 4- Very close to Haram. There are no roads to cross. Very good for kids and elderly with wheel chair. 5- Close to food court and shopping areas outside. 6- Executive suite (3 bedroom apartment) was very spacious. It had 3 toilets, living room and entrance corridor. However there is no kitchenette. 7- Hotel staff is very helpful. 8- Free Wifi available in rooms. Location is the key to this hotel, you can make it to the Mosque in 2 min walking gate 25 for ladies praying area and King Fahad gate for men, also the cleaning is very good, one tip, if you are a big family 3 or more adults and kids, take the junior suite and the standard room as they come next to each other, the whole hotel designed like that no mater which floor you are in. Super Hotel. I was allowed to Checkin 6 hours earlier and checkout 4 hours later free of charge. Very good designed hotel. Super breakfast buffet. 1 minute walk to masjid e nabwi. The location is only minutes walking to the Prophet's mosque. Our room was big and had a separate majlis with a sofa bed. The room easily could have slept 4 people. The hotel and rooms have a lovely, unique and classy Arabic design. The food was excellent and the breakfast buffet included in the price was a real treat. Very nice hotel, very personalized service, great attention to detail, not very busy and not very commercial like other international brands but the quality of service, rooms, breakfast, and decor was world class. The location was perfect as well. I think only Darul Taqwa will be closer to the gate than Shaza. The staff at this place is amazing and accommodating. My room was in bad condition (stains on the carpet, writing on the wall, safe not working). One call to their manager Amro he upgraded us to a Junior Suite and was very apologetic. This is why I will go back to this place and give them another chance. They were very accommodating with our early arrival request. And if you are a GHA member, then they let you check-out late without even requesting them. On top of that, the location was just perfect for anyone visiting Masjid Al Nabawi. Wonderful reception and excellent cleanliness and service is quick and close from the Prophet's Mosque. Check in and check out was laboriously slow. Can be well staffed. I don't know why the toaster was kept on the other side of the counter (and controlled by a staff, seemed odd - I prefer to warm my own toast). Light colored crpet makes it easy to get dirty. Although it is clean , you may see some spots of stain over the carpet which was expected keeping in mind that the rooms are almost sold out all over the year. This is the only negative point I found against the hotel although it did not bother me alot. Nothing to dislike. We were told at the time o check-in they provide English News Papers to room but seems to be forgoten all thre days which was a minor issue. Nothing. 1- Elevators are not programmed efficiently, hence waiting time is more. They are small in size. 2- Lighting in rooms is not very bright. This is the interior design concept, which some individuals may like. 3- No kitchenette in Executive suite (3 bedroom apartment). There is no chance you can change your room or even upgrade to another, the hotel is always fully booked, the receptionist are useless to help out so be sure of your booking before going there. Everything was super. 1- As a 5 stars hotel , the Carpets should be cleaner . 2- its noisy when someone in the next room open the Faucet . 3- the mini bar of coffee and tea is free for one time only then you have to pay if you want them to fill it again. ((Even though I really liked the staying there )). The carpet in our room was exceptionally stained, which was unusual given the otherwise nice décor and facilities. The safe in the room wasn't working but they got it fixed on the first request. Otherwise nothing to complain about really. I have stayed at the Shaza several times below, however, the room quality has deteriorated. Would be happy to stay there again if they go back to their original luxury when they opened up. None. carpet is dirty .there is kids club that is not opened ,i think this will be a great add to the hotel. Nil. the net signals was weak in the room. room service takes time when ordering food i asked for extra blankets and they said they will bring but they never did. nothing specfic. I went to different hotels around the word in Paris London Malta and Maldives and I can frankly say room hotels are dirty ..client expect cleaner rooms from 5 star hotel ..room service is just a pitty ..I used to stay in shaza almadani last year for 10 days ..cleaners did not bother themselves to clean the bathroom ..so sad. We arrived early around 1 pm and I requested for early check in and we were family with small kids, the initially said we will try our best, unfortunately we stayed for 3 hours waiting for rooms, we booked 3 rooms and we got 2 rooms cos we wanted connected door but unfortuantly they haven't got connector doors which they should mention in the room description section,. مواقف السيارات محدود لايكفي اثناء نهاية الاسبوع. the corridor leading to the rooms, dark and the carpet is dirty, very poor lights in the corridor and the numbering of rooms, have to go very close to see them. Requested an emery board and extra towel on the first night. Did not receive either. If you need something, go down and fetch it yourself. I could only stay there for 2 nights. Need to plan a longer stay next year Inshallah. Check in took some time but in general an excellent hotel. reception insisted to get 100% payment upon check-in. nothing. Rate is not stable. -Ac controller wasn't work properly. -Placed behind another hotel according to Haram site. It wasn't like the adv -only a little view of Haram :(. No trash cans in the lobbies or at the elevators. Carpets are not clean in the room. Long waiting time to check-in; becuase many people came at once; need more chairs in the check-in lobby for waiting people. During booking I asked for one king size bed, when arrived no room with one single bed available, upgraded me to a suite, but the bed was two single beds but together to make one large bed. Also, at check in, front desk said all what's in mini bar is free for first night, was expecting water, soda, juice, nuts, chocolate. Unfortunately only water and Pepsi was there. nothing. Nothing. The bed size is to small. I am staying at room 517. water is not flush smoothly on shower room Carpet need to be renew for 5 start hotel criteria. the receptionist attitude was very poor. I didn't like the fact that the hotel was a bit stuffy and needed ventilation. The lifts were a bit troublesome too!. The room tepareture was very cold even when the a/c is off. The restaurant was very craoded and there were limited choices of dishes. - WiFi Services did not work properly at all. - Room was pricey: 1600.00 SR for Joiner Suite. * Toilets are old * Lights are little lower side. Nothing.
