The location is perfect for a spiritual trip, the perfect walk-able distance between the hotel and the holly Kaaba is just conveniently nothing to complain. It's just perfect... and the Lounge of the Executive Floor is a very good idea to avoid the crowd the hectic situation downstairs. Thank you. Staff are best at all level from reception, cleaning service, car / taxi rent, etc. Breakfast was excellent. I came with my family (two kids < 5 years) for umroh, and thanks God I booked the right hotel. Close to Masjidil Haram, close to shopping centre.
all reviews » I like the fact that it is extremely near al haram and easy access into the hotel. Shops and restaurants are within the building. Staff are friendly and helpful. I prefer Hilton than any other hotels around within the vicinity. Excellent location for Haram and performing Umrah or Hajj. Good selection of breakfast menu is available. All types of shopping available within the building and nearby. Good value for money. I am used to go their whenever doing Umra. The staff are friendly and the location is amazing having a quick access to Al Haram and having the shopping center facility quickly accessed. Customer service was professional, efficient and welcoming. The range of food was fantastic as usual. We always enjoying staying at the Hilton and thoroughly recommend it to anyone. We were informed that the WIFI is free every 8 hours, we were only able to use for around 20 minutes and then it stopped. I called two receptionists and both told me that I'm not supposed to get free WiFi!! When I was doing the checkout, the receptionist told me that I'm eligible for free WiFi! That was very upsetting. I just hope next time receptionists have more knowledge about their services. So Far Nothing To Highlight. No internet services (Wifi) at the lobby nor the rooms, which is really unfortunate while most the first class hotels have at least wifi at rooms. I didn't get the same level of service as I have come to expect from the Hilton brand.. Nobody answered the hotline on a couple of occasions. I wanted to set a wake-up call. Thankfully there was an option on the phone that allowed me to set it myself. Booking taxis from the hotel is excruciatingly expensive.. 4-5 times more than the normal value. Parking coast is high. No free WiFi for guest in lobby or rooms. They charge SR 40 per hour for WiFi at lobby !!!. Breskfast restaurant location. The value of money is high. Nothing. To Pay for parking. Over SR120 a day Room service prices high. Green tea seems hard to find. Breakfast not as good as other 5 stars. I did not like the breakfast in the hotel , the options were very limited , we have to wait for some time to have a table. no comment. The food price is very expensive, comparing to the other 5 stars hotels in Mecca. There is a charge for using the internet, which most hotel is offering free nowadays. The access to the hotel is a puzzle, if you dont know the area well. TV's channel is limited, and not working properly. booking service and bellboy service to satisfied. I requested the concierge to arrange transport to airport. He did on the basis of a hotel car (which typically carries a premium over ordinary taxi service). Unfortunately, what I got was an old, beat up and dirty private taxi). According to the driver, the concierge receives a handsome cut of the fair for bringing the business. the service is very poor and requires a lot of follow-up for things to be done. Room service is very very very bad service. 1-Due construction around the holy mosque. There was noise early morning although we were on the 20th floor. But was not a big issue for us. 2-although we booked a car to the airport for 07:30 am, it was ready at 07:45 am. I preferred to deal with foreign staff because of respecting and they know how to deal with the guests..spicial thanks for Mr yuda. Hotel has only only one side approach (from Ibrahim Khalil road side) for checking in guests, which usually remains chooked with traffic. Room service was not up to the mark. A request of warm water for the baby milk turned out to be 25 minutes waiting time. As a matter of fact, the tea kettle provided inside the room was malfunctioning. The free parking and the lounge.
