Very clean and tidy, nice simple decoration, nice staff, central air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, great location, free wifi, and lovely spacious rooms (especially the 2 bedroom apartments) This place is ideal for its price, and it’s very comfortable to stay at. I appreciate that they take care of the little details. I've stayed in many hotels, and I have to say the staff were genuinely helpful and resourceful. as for the room it was very clean,simple and space-full. I really enjoyed the bed, the mattress and pillows were just heavenly. They also have offers to have game consoles (rent) if in case you were bored.

The staff very friendly and helpful, the suite is clean, suitable and comfortable for family. Location excellent and easy to find a taxi. You can order food and other things from restaurants and supermarket and the deliveries within minutes to the suite. Luxury, clean suit. I liked the reception staff for their welcome and support. Location is near the best places in Jeddah. I defiantly would like to stay here when I come back to Jeddah. The apartment was spacious, clean, very well laid out and nicely finished. The bed, the sofas, the kitchen and the air conditioning were above expectations. The Bed Is Good, Parking, Specious. We tried to call the cafe for room service once but nobody answered. Also the rooms can use some more noise isolation as you would occasionally hear the noise of a family with many children missing around in the floor above. No TV in the bed room Tv was a little small for the Living room, but none the less it was an HD-TV. Nothing but only WiFI signal should be boosted at night due to money users. Bathroom is small. The shower room is very tight. No instructions on how to operate the instant water heater. - The A/C was noisy especially in the master bedroom. - difficult to find the place using GPS. The building is new. A few years from now it will need major rennovation. This has nothing to do with the quality of the stay, but the quality of the construction itself. The water heater tripped many times and had to open the db and on it again. They will need a deign firm and site supervision instead of what Sauid is used to: design and build contractors. We were there for 3 nights of which we had use of only one bathroom between us for 2 nights as the toilet was blocked and the hot water didn't work in the other bathroom. Staff don't speak English so difficult to communicate issues and had to keep asking for toilet paper as limited supply. Also room didn't get cleaned until 3rd day. small bathroom , the aircondition opposite the bed. Toilet Is To Small, & Far From The Bed Room, No Breakfast.
