My time at the hotel was very relaxing. Clydie and Sandra who own and run the Inn are a very lovely couple who will make you feel welcome. The hotel has a unique location and in a natural location...the beach is at your front door and it is all yours to enjoy. This is perfect if you want peace and quiet. To enjoy the Inn to its best potential you must flick off your shoes, sit back and forget the rest of the world exists...
The food is superb and all you can ask for. The bar prices are very rea. all reviews »
We were duly catered to with kind and friendly Caribbean service at all times of the day.
The food was beautiful, close to perfection in fact. New dimensions was added to every meal even breakfast. Our cook was full of ideas this combined with fresh vegetable and fish the meals were really a delight & the best I've tasted in SVG as a whole.
The islanders Inn is located within minutes from the airport & dock yet it's quite secluded away from the busy dock.
Our room was spotless with si.
Clyde & Sandra, the owners, went out of their way to make us feel welcome. They provided us with snorkelling gear for the beach, which was right in front of the hotel & we had mostly to ourselves. The food that Clyde cooked was first class & the tastiest we have tasted in the Caribbean. The room was spacious, clean & had a wonderful sea view & of Mayreau in the distance. If you are looking for a quiet location with good food this is ideal.
Nice room and furnishings. Organised a great day trip to Tobago Cays. Good location, about 10 mins walk to Clifton. Friendly owners.
The only bad points I can say about this hotel is the road leading to and from it. But this is no fault on the owners as this is the carribean in general. The hill road over to clifton maybe a little challenge to some. But there is another road on the flat but it is a little bumpy dirt track, making the walk into town slightly longer. But as I say when you are there whats the hurry.
Could have done with some desserts on the menu.
Somewhat overpriced. Expensive breakfast.
