The staff was excellent, the room was very modern and the bed was very comfortable The staff was very helpful in locating anything I needed, plus they set me up with Sarah for a massage! I would really recommend this hotel, it is really close to everything!!! The Wi-fi was free as well!.
The bed was unbelievably comfortable. The room was clean and modern. The wifi fast and free. Shower was brilliant. I didn't have breakfast but the restaurant looked beautifully prepared.all reviews »
Clean and quiet. In the heart of Marigot. We weren't looking for beach resort, just someplace nice to explore the town and it was great.
We liked the location and the staff. The breakfast was great with no worries about giving an extra coffee.
Good position in centre of Marigot. Very friendly staff and great help when you need it.
Décor, wifi, ac, clean.
- They did have WiFi.
Very nice "European sized" room. Very clean and located
in the French shopping district that includes several nice shops
and restaurants. Walking distance to the Ferry towards Anguilla and
St. Barths.
A lift would be nice as there was no help with carrying luggage.
nothing.
Needed bath soap, not just shower gel; no hand towels or washcloths.
- Floor & room dirty when checked in; bedding "iffy" at best.
- Cafe tender not friendly at all, and "breakfast" was only a croissant & baguette with espresso.
- Window overlooked a roof, air conditioners and drains.
- No soap, washcloth or hand towels provided - just a tiny packet of shampoo.
- No coffee anywhere except at cafe, and that doesn't open until later ...
If you don't speak French and are uncomfortable around people who
are unfriendly to Americans, another hotel might be wise. The economy is
really struggling so expect the indigent to ask for money, regularly,
just outside the hotels entrance. My family never felt safe until we hit
the Ferry to Anguilla.
