The bathroom was well lighted and decorated, the beds are comfortable, the heating is available, everything was convenient and nice. Sales - i payed only half of the price for the room because I booked the hotel at the last moment. breakfast, bathroom. A 12 minute walk from metrostation and could not find it easily. When I booked the hotel I made a note about the late time of my arrival but staff didn't see it and when i arrived the receptionist told me first of all that my booking was cancelled because of no-show and second - that I have to pay the whole ammount. After several calls and conversation, everythink was ok. But the first impression....
