What people say

The staff was very polite and understanding. The room was very clean with a maid coming in every day. The location is right next to Nevsky Prospect (1 minute walk). Tip: entrance is from Karavannaya street, after passing the entrance to the backyard you will see a glass sign with golden letters saying "Polikoff Hotel", come in and ring apt. 28 (if I'm not mistaken). Breakfast was OK. The room was quite (you don't hear the street from the room).
