Friendly personnel, very good fitness center and spa (both for additional fee), decent ristorante, good size room and bathroom, free shuttle to and from the center of the city ( for non-Russia citizens). Very good value for the money. Excellent rooms and everything in it, perfect meal at restaurant. Budget- friendly to a great degree. Preferred hotels in SPB were fully booked so the location of Petro Sports was better for a pending meeting the following day. Paid for LAN access from my room but no luck with connection. Thankfully they had an IT expert on site (at 10:30pm!) and it was solved.The hotel is great for just room and board but not for any facilties, they charge 30 euros for 2 hours for the use of health and fitness facilities and it is not mentioned on the site till you get there, the food is expensive and to me it was false adverts on the website, they should mention that swimiing and fitness will be 60 euros extra per time per couple when you use them, i think it is rediculous, ppl go there thinking its all included and why shouldnt it be included i never heard that a . Somewhat insufficient sound insulation between the rooms, so that if your neibors are loud, you may be disturbed. If you don't drive, it's not easy to get to the city late in the evening. Because you should take a minibus that stops going at 10 P.M. Too long from the airport and city center. no airport pick up available. Average sound insulation, bar closes early, no minibar. Parking, swiming pool, fitness is for money. The restaurant is closed too early. Food in restaurant. The visit of swimmingpool is expensiv. A comedy of errors starting with a mis-communication about Taxi pickup times from the airport. Reception also failed to alert me to the impending closing of the restaurant so I missed dinner by 10 minutes having to settle for chips and bottled water. Damage to the water system also meant that there would be no water from 7am the following day so showering at 2am to ensure I was vaguely respectable for my meeting the following day was different.30 EUROS X 2 HOURS PER PERSON TO USE FITNESS AND SWIMMING POOL FOR 2 HOURS EACH TIME SO 2 PPL 60 EUROS...REDICULOUS EXPENSIVE FOOD AND BREAKFAST BAD SERVICE NEVER STAY HERE MUST CALL HOTEL BEFORE YOU BOOK AND ASK QUESTIONS AND HIDDEN COSTS.
