The receptionist of the hotel is super welcoming and helpful !! She's the nicest people I had met during my stay! She could speak fluent English and very friendly and willingly to offer you help ! N the hotel's located at a quiet but centered area, only 5-8mins walk from the metro :) The hotel had everything I need and want . I ll definitely come bk n stay there again ;). I like very much the state of the room and the work of personal, responsible for cleaning as well as the work of the receptionists, which were very friendly and helpful to us. Especially I would like to single out Irina (at reception desk) and Vera (the waitress responsible for breakfast with her very friendly attitude and jazz music in the morning).
