The front desk staff spoke English very well, which eased everything. They provided the best customer service I have ever experienced in a hotel, and I am an experienced traveller. For example, I inquired about local photo equipment services and the front desk researched and prepared a map with instructions in English describing how to get there and what to expect. The room was very comfortable with excellent air conditioning (it is worth saying that this is important in the summer. The unit was very quiet so did not disturb us in the night). The breakfast is terrible because the waitress was rude and he didn't speak English well. The bread was terrible. The room was terrible because tv didn't working, was really hot, the bed had a mattress was deformed. And when we asked about this problem they said that solutions only next day, but nothing changed. - no individual room air conditioning. - we asked for city taxi from hotel to airport. At first the quote was RUB800. It became RUB950 the next day. - At first we could ask the hotel to borrow iron to us. Later, the hotel refused and asked us to pay for laundry service. - too expensive for such service. They forgot to clean up the room!!! Poor breakfeast.
