The location is virtually the best in Saint Petersburg. Very easy to find, very close to the metro, the main street full of restaurants and 3 minutes walking from the Hermitage Museum. Very clean, very simple, shared bathrooms (but clean) and a normal breakfast. Just perfect for a budget trip for a few days in the city, nothing fancy. Great location.I've been staying in this hotel for 2 weeks...My stay there was nice and comfortable.The staff was exelent...the most of them can speak English well.Lisa was nice and helpful and Katia was very nice and funny too...Thanks everybody there they make me feel like home.
all reviews » I liked the location of the hotel - just in the center of the city and close to it's main sights. Our room was not a big, but it was very comfortable, cleaned in time. Furniture was enough. The stuff of the hotel is very friendly. And included breakfast is a very good thing. Location, friendliness and helpfulness of staff, the room was spacious, secure and breakfast was good. All in all great value and recommended for anybody who wants a decent hotel with a keen budget. The location was excellent. Walking distance to almost everything at the historical core of the city, and just five minutes to metro station. The Nevsky Prospect is 50meters away. The hotel didn't disappoint my expectations. Some minor problems which were quite tolerable. The bed, the hum noise, very compact room -single room. It could be a common thing in S.-Petersbrg from what I heard - the room was quite cold, heating barely managed to warm the room up (we were staying in 1st floor) Also water in the shower tends to play up, you stay there under hot stream suddenly bam! it turns cold, then bam! it's scalding hot again %). A little bit expensive. Nobody cleans the stairs and I do not like seeing cigarette stubs on the stairs. poor breakfasts. Very small room. Hot water in bathroom ended after only one person take a shower, water not running off. Forget the Breakfast!!. Hotel room is very small. The TV is only with Russian language channels, there is no English channels or satellite at all. А small selection of dishes for breakfast, dirty dishes. Door in our room was not closed, the lock was broken. But during our stay it so no one repaired. Сlogged bathroom.
