What people say

staff is very helpful... very close 20 min walk to Kremlin... good kitchen facilities. Very good location. Very friendly and professional employees. Very good communication in English. very small room, the hotel is not really visible from the outside had a bit of trouble finding it.. it's closer from Smolenskaya metro. Very small bathrooms. Occasionaly dirty bathrooms. Very noisy room due to construction works on the opposite building. Wi-Fi access not possible to room, only in common areas. Very difficult to find for the first time. Very expensive for its overall services.
