It was difficult to find a hotel first time - there is no any marks, name of the hotel. Room was good, location is exellent, stuff are friendly. You can see the Kremlin from the window :). spacious room lunch zone modern design. Convenient location. Price and location. Well as most hotels in this budget have no English speaking staffs which is another draw back, but the location of the hotel is at very prime Center of Moscow city with malls and Theaters.

Liked the fact that it is right on Arbat. I liked the manager who did what he could to assist me over the phone. The location was very good and a good value for the location. Location - price. Everything! But:. Location. Staff. we liked the modern furniture, the silence, the position in central Novi Arbat. Do not recommend this hotel anyone. location. Location. nothing. It's pretty good for a russian hotel, no complains so far. We were horrified by hotel's appearance. Room is nice for one night beacous it's not comfortable in room with bath. Not to easy to find (small door without any signboard). Noise. There is no lift to the Hotel which is three floors.....major drawback. No sign of the hotel (you must call the reception to find the door !!). No breakfast facilities (but many coffees near by). Rooms are not sound proof, when people are talking in the corridor, you might think they're in your room. And no Credit Card payment available !! But I still recommend it !. The staff did not have an inkling of English, but at least they called up the manager, I assume, who told me to smile, be happy. Spent about an hour trying to find it and much of the time was running around the building where the hotel is because there are no signs of the hotel nor of the number of the building so when I did find it and walked up the stairs I initially thought we had ended up in a shady place and nearly cancelled-:). They tried to get us to move to another hotel because they were over booked. The room was not clean (hair in the shower, all over bathroom floor) you could write your name in all the dust. Very, Very hard to find. 4th floor without elevator. Looks not really a hotel. No communication on the building. No breakfast. Problems with hot water. No information at the building. No sign out of the building, you have to call them to enter the first time. Unusual shower and bath basin (without any light over the mirrow) inside the bedroom. Uncomfortable wc out of badroom, including open air black water tube smelling a lot. Difficult to find hotel's entry. No restaurant, cafe or bar. We had problems with electricity during whole day. Bad cleaning. Its not really hotel its appartment separated to rooms its difficult to find hotel, staff is ok for such ocassion but its not what you expect from hotel. - very difficult to find the entrance (just the door without any sign) - very noisy while the window is open - the sink in the showerroom is too small, the water droped to the floor when I was washing my face - no breakfast. poor. When I arrived they cancelled my reservation without any preliminary notice. Proposed to go to another their hotel in another part of the city, it was late, I was very tired and had lots of luggage, I spent money for taxi and took a lot of time. everything. Staff is not english speaker. Pyament must be done cash and in advance before sleeping. No any indications on the roads. Not a secure locking system of the doors...
