Actually, we booked the room with the Secret deal and for this money everything was just perfect! We liked the interior design of the hotel, the room was nice - small, clean, equipped with a desk and a sofa besides a king-sized bed. Mini bar was free of charge (water, small juice, some snacks) and added to our overall good impression. The breakfast was astonishly substantial and rich, and very tasty! The stay was short but we will definitely recommend the hotel to others.
all reviews » I liked everything in this hotel. Starting from location - 5 minutes walking from Paveleckaya station. It is very convinient to get to hotel from any Moscow airport. Staff was very friendly. My room was upgraded for free. As I arrived after a terrible trip I was very grateful for that. Room was very big and clean. It has jacuzzi, two tv, little fridge, free minibar and everything other you might need during your stay. Also it has nice view. Easy to find from Paveletskaya metro station, check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful and spoke excellent English, free drinks and snacks in minibar were a nice extra, breakfast had lots of choice, food in bar/restaurant was good. A good honest business hotel for Moscow, it is a 4 Star hotel with a great location, I had a large meeting there which is why I stayed, I would normally stay at the Intercon or the like but this place is what it claims to be. Staff offers very good service standards. Everything said is fulfilled & entertained. Even my small comments are noted & actioned by GM. Impressive. staff was very helpful and kind, plus they speak n excellent English - not so common in Russia. restaurant is open till midnight, and bar 24 hours. It was a 4star hotel though with some smell from the showerbath drainage, slightly wornout furniture and not all lights in the bathroom worked. We did not like the mattress (which is very objective as all our comments). In my opinion the room was too small for so much furniture. But these are jsut minor fault findings. Everything was good! Other people are right that there is not much near the hotel but when you are only a 5 min walk and two stops on the metro from Red Square, it really doesn't matter. The Czech restaurant up the road was pretty good if you want to eat locally. location. Everything was good. the bar drink prices were over the top. drinks round the corner at the supermarket were a 5th of the price. over £5.00 a portion of chips is also too much. High price. It is really a three star hotel. Nothing. The hanger too close to the bathroom door. No smile from the stuff!. price too high. Small rooms, little bit crowdy at reception. a small tv screen, no radio or radio-channels on tv. Rooms were a bit dated. The four pictures on the wall were identical. Tiny rooms, pricey lobby bar. Poor value of bar food, bar staff let the side down. Too small rooms. small rooms, cheap bathroom amenities. real 3* hotel which need a renovation. do not expect more. I Assigned a lower grade room booking confirmation.
