Almost everything: Location, comfort, quality, staff, breakfast buffet... We enjoyed very much staying in the hotel. Its modest exterior may be misleading; once you step in you feel the touch of care and quality. Rooms are specious, well equipped, stylish, clean (we changed our room because we wanted a room with a view of waterfront facing Kremilin, after the first night we were moved to another room). We would definitely go there again.
all reviews » I loved the hotel. It is very modern and very central to the "must see" areas of Moscow. The girls at reception are charming and go the extra distance to help. Good English. Rooms are a good size and we had one with a super view of the (frozen) river. Very little traffic noise at night so a peaceful sleep. Free Wifi and a GUEST LAUNDRY!! Hallelullah for travelers! Thank you for a great stay. The room was very comfortable and quiet. Almost felt like nobody was staying on the same floor. the reception staff spoke perfect English and were indeed very helpful. The hotel was located in a very safe area, we would often return about 1am but did not feel worried at anytime. Every sight to see is at walking distance. Hop-on hop-off buses operate right opposite the hotel about 5mins away. Staff is very friendly and supportive. Although we've got an error charge from the restaurant in our room bill they sorted this out quite quickly during the check out. Location - walking distnace to Kremlin and all surrounding sightseeing destinations, and the boat trip station at Moscow river, Tretjakov Galary as well. At the same time very calm and quite location. Great hotel all over- we've got an early check in which was handy after sleepless red eye flight. The rooms were spacious , great furnished and spotless clean. Good choice of food for breakfast, including espresso products. The location is also so great - waterfront, near Kremlin. We'll be back to Kadashevka. The hotel location is great. Its very close to many of destinations in central of Moscow. The hotel personnel is very friendly and we have had a good breakfast all these days. I was never staying in hotels of business-class before this trip to Moscow, but the very first impression of going inside our room was "Well... Just a room". So nothing special was neither in room or a bathroom. Location is good, everything was clean. - Mamma Giovanna restaurant, - Cleanliness. I had to say something here, so here it comes: the baths are high and you need extra long legs to get in and out safely. Maybe a small stool to help getting in and out would help. I thought it was expensive but ALL Moscow hotels are expensive. No complaints about the hotel. However the Giovanni restaurant where breakfast was served could indeed improve themselves. Tables were not set up identically, we would often have to pick up cutlery or sugar pots from other vacant tables. Food wasn't replenished in the serving areas for long durations meaning people had to wait or leave. Few of the dishes were unlabelled which caused us to eat something we weren't supposed to. Second day I've ordered breakfast to the room they I've charges extra for coffee and mineral water although breakfast was included into the room rate and this was correctly done in case with the first day breakfast. Everything was good :). I wouldn't say that I didn't like something, but I have a suggestion for the management of the hotel. The AV & MEP Maintenance Services should be scheduled frequently in order to ensure that everything is working properly prior to guests arrival to the hotel. The hotel was all good, just be careful with taxis at the train station on arrival from the airport, would recommend the tube then only a short walk, as will save a fortune!. The reception area is a bit dull compared to the pictures of the note on the site so entering the hotel this was a bit of a deception. Having said this, the bar and breakfast area are more alike we expected, really nice. a little bit far away from the attractions and subway. nothing. for such high quality hotel i expect the bed to be of better quality. cab drivers dont seemed to know of it's location and existence. so making it a bit tricky trying to get there. If you don't feel like going out in the evening, local restaurant is not really great Service still somewhat stuck in the past (e.g. I had to pay cash for laundry, because they were not able to use their usual company for that), but this was really minor. Way too expensive for such a hotel, 3rd floor rooms hardly have any windows, and this spoils the pleasure of staying in the heart of the city - you have no view from your room. Nothing. Only price, because Moscow. Breakfast was not so good. staff not very smiling, mainly at breakfast (..but that's a very minor complain). Just take it a small fine tuning / area of improvement. The reception not adequate. Never answered or mail. False fire alarm went on in the middle of the night. Small room with a tiny window, no air freshener in toilet, breakfast was nothing special, slippery exit from a bath (almost stretched a leg while going out), very used guest guide book which is totally unacceptable for this "level" of a hotel. With all these small things all 2 days was a feeling of paying too much and for actually nothing. Better take something less expensive with absolutely the same level of service and quality than Kadashevskaya suggests. - Room service up to 11pm only, - No smoking rooms, - No facilities. Staff unprofessional, not helpfull, poor service! Breakfeast terrible, as well. In the hotel has a private discotec, you can't relax, it' s really terrible hotel.
