Moscow. First contact was ok, with good support to get visa, only if you speak Russian, Room is ok, air conditioning is working. Breakast is not too bad. Lot of parking places around if you have a car. I left after 1st night as the bathroom was shared and no shapoo or soap very inconvenient rooms not clean. Contact once there. Not really nice (except one woman), nobody speaks English (I was with my parents and brother who has no Russian knowledge), they were mistaken in the price (we paid more at the end). Room has no charm, bathroom is small and shower is open on one side, so lot of water getting out. Much too expansive for such hotel located 15min from metro by walk, then 20min to Red Square by metro.
