The Hotel is very close to the Metro station Rizhkaya. In 2 minutes you can reach the metro.I travelto Moscow for business and I prefer to travel by metro instead of unexpectible Moscow traffic.This is the best hotel I can find so far which also has an acceptable price. Check in is quite fast and I never observed long queues. Staff is very friendly, tried their best to make my stay pleasent. Front office manager is very kind and takes care of the guests and seeks for better service. Hotel is p.
all reviews » We could leave our baggage on arrival and when our flight wasn't until the evening, the staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English, and we were upgraded to a beautiful room. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever stayed in, and it was very close to a Metro stop (Rizhskaya) and close to the centre. Clean, spacious room, silent, perfect temperature and you can control it easily with no noise from the fan. Comfortable bed, luxurios breakfast (but very very expensive one). Spotless clean, comfortable bed, tea & coffee facilities in the room, home-like design, cozy and warm. Add free wifi and it will be a perfection. Especially I would like to thank Ms. Olga at the reception for her kind support. She was very professional, disciplined and supportive. very close to the Rhyzynskaya metro station. Crazy expensive wifi, while it should be free for the cost of the room, no way to extend the check out time at least until 14pm, overpriced breakfast. i could only get smacking room but they fixed it the next day. some problems with internet. even in nos smoking room, there was smoke smell, probably coming from ventilation. no free Wi-Fi in rooms. If you need bathrobe, ask reception. Still no free wi fi in the room. - this is good 3-star hotel, not 4-star; - king size bed is not that big; - no swimming pool. Rather poor breakfast, there was no free wi-fi. free WIFI only in lobby expensive breakfast. Expensive breakfast, no slippers and bathrobes, toothbrush and paste. Cold in the room, heater did not work, though personel put electrical heater after complains. No bathrobe and sleepers. WiFi is not free in the room. Restaurant has overpriced menu, though no complaints on the quality of the food. Absolutely unacceptable service for Holiday Inn. Stupid minibar system. Extremely high prices in the bar. Taxi gangsters. Never will stay again!.
